Qualifications & Experience

  • Expertise. You have at least 4 years of proven software development experience in C#.NET platform. You have advanced knowledge of Web Technologies (ASP.Net, CSS, Java Script, etc.) and SQL & relational databases (particularly MS SQL Server)

  • You have a bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Management, Information System Management

Qualifications & Experience

As a Network & Systems Administrator at Printec, you own and support the infrastructure that builds, secures and maintains the platform for all of services offered to our internal and external customers. You're highly technical and work directly with other teams to ensure reliability and sustainability of Printec infrastructure as well as compliance with internal policies. Success in this role means you are able to support clients and servers in a mixed operating system environment and work efficiently with our vendors as well as other operations groups. Business is relying on your guidance and support when it comes to design decisions so you'll have a direct impact in keeping the business productive and ensure continuous operations.



    • Architect, automate and manage the corporate IT environment to meet rapidly evolving business needs
    • Develop and implement process improvements in how we build, secure, manage, and maintain our IT infrastructure
    • Systems Administration of Windows servers (Linux in addition is an advantage), responsible for the Installation, configuration, update and troubleshooting of services for Production & R&D environments LAB
    • Maintain user accounts, mailboxes, profiles, and shared folders; Management and maintenance of corporate Data Center facility
    • Daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all resources and services
    • Be in compliance with IT Service Management procedures (Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration Management, Change Management and Capacity Management)
    • Manage outsource vendors as complementary services for the in house team
    • Manage the budget and procurement of HW, SW and agreements for our different  environments
    • Install, configure, test and maintain end user equipment and services when needed
    • Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically when needed
    • Define, Develop and Apply policies on system use and services; Preparation and maintenance of technical procedural documents and FAQ's for both IT staff and user community


    Qualifications & Experience

    • Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Management, Information System Management
    • Postgraduate studies in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, System Management, Information System Management will be considered a plus
    • At least 5 years of experience as a System or Network Administrator in IT service provider or Telecoms
    • Expert working experience of Microsoft Windows 2008 and above
    • Strong working experience with a broad range of Microsoft technologies such as Microsoft Cluster servers, Hyper-V, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft Skype for Business and Microsoft System Center
    • Strong working experience on Storage design and function
    • Strong working experience on advanced networking – routing (CISCO routers, switches, firewalls); Working experience on Cisco Call Manager
    • Working experience on Microsoft SQL
    • Strong experience of system and network monitoring systems such as Microsoft SCOM
    • Knowledge of relay functions, SPAM / antivirus filtering techniques, web filtering, email archiving, LDAP concepts
    • Certifications in technology fields (e.g. MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, ITIL etc.) will be considered a plus
    • Solid understanding with fundamental ITSM processes and IT Security
    • Excellent command of English (verbal and written)
    • Excellent communication skills and presentation skills
    • Problem solving and analytical skills
    • Able to work well facing tight deadlines and tough technical challenges
    • Excellent organizational / time management skills
