For the 2026 season, we seek an experienced and talented individual to join the award-winning Atlantica Belvedere 5* Hotel in Kos Island as a Sous Maitre.

The ideal candidate will have a background in managing a restaurant within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a strong emphasis on exceptional service, training, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure seamless service and optimal staffing levels.
  • Train, motivate, and coach team members to embody the Atlantica values and deliver service excellence.
  • Implement and uphold procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service in line with company standards.
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve any complaints in a timely and effective manner.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Degree in hospitality management
  • Strong sense of culinary creativity with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication skills and an enthusiasm for teamwork
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.
  • A genuine passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences.
