      Responsibilities

      • Supervise the operation of linen, uniform, supply and storage rooms.

          The successful candidate will assist the Group Entertainment Manager and ensure the smooth management and running of the entertainment department. To achieve all KPI’s set by the Group Entertainment Manager and to ensure the success of the entertainment department. To achieve maximum guest satisfaction for guests of all ages.

          Responsibilities

          • To achieve the tour operator CSQ’s as set by the company
          • To achieve the maximum in-house questionnaire results
          • To achieve the target set for Trip advisor
          • To have a full product knowledge of the hotel where you are working.  Actively integrate with the guests and staff inside the hotel to maximize the guest’s expectations and experience.
          • It will be the responsibility of the Team Leader to ensure the entertainers are wearing the correct uniform and are clean and presentable as well as wearing name badges. Also ensuring their punctuality, and observing the correct clock in/out procedure                                                                           
          • It will be the responsibility of the Team Leader to supervise the entertainers during their daytime activities, to train on and ensure the correct health and safety measures are complied with.
          • To ensure proper use of the equipment and the correct storage procedures are followed during the day and evening shifts. 
          • Ensure the information posted on the kiosks etc. conforms to the week’s activities and is coherent with the detailed programme as agreed between the Group Entertainments Manager.
          • Establish a solid and friendly relationship with all colleges within the hotel. Treat all other staff members with respect at all times.
          • When required, attend the daily HOD meetings within the hotel
          • To train the staff on the correct procedure to deal with complaints should there be any, take care personally of any guests that need the management’s attention and report all complaints from customers to the HODs.
          • To implement all the job descriptions relevant to the department.
          • To hold team morning briefing and inform the team of any upcoming events as well as CSQ & Trip advisor targets, Social media events and day-to-day information. 
          • A full monthly stock check must be carried out to ensure that full control and understanding of equipment is taking place.
          • Collate input/statistics/figures for the Weekly Management report.
          • Ensure that entertainers are not using any of the hotel facilities without the permission of the Hotel Management e.g. the gym, sun beds, restaurant, PC etc.
          • All Rota’s are to be followed correctly as instructed by the Group Entertainments Manager.
          • All paperwork is to be completed correctly for the designated area.
          • It is the Team leader's responsibility to ensure that all safety aspects/checks are carried out thoroughly to ensure the safety of the guests and the staff. Should any issues arise you must complete the incident logbook at reception and inform the Manager on duty and the Health and safety department. Full report must be written regarding the incident.
          • It is the Team leader's responsibility that all cleaning of work areas is maintained and carried out to the levels and expectations required by the Group Entertainment Manager.
          • Quality of the daytime/creche /kids club/teenz club & Evening entertainment is the responsibility of the Team Leader.
          • All policies and procedures are to be explained and trained to the teams to ensure their full understanding.
          • All the maintenance issues are to be reported to the Chief Engineer and then followed up after the Maintenance Department has been informed
          • Has complete knowledge on the emergency Procedures – Fire, evacuation & bomb threats.
          • To adhere to the hotel Health & Safety rules and regulations

                Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση και τον συντονισμό όλων των τεχνικών θεμάτων του ξενοδοχείου, εξασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων και την άμεση επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται.

                Ο ρόλος:

                • Ευθύνεται για τη συντήρηση του τεχνικού εξοπλισμού καθώς και την άμεση επέμβαση για την αποκατάσταση των βλαβών στην ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.
                • Εξασφαλίζει την διατήρηση των χώρων προκειμένου να είναι σε άριστη λειτουργική κατάσταση.
                • Τηρεί το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής συντήρησης των μηχανημάτων.
                • Συντάσσει αναφορές και εισηγείται εργασίες συντήρησης που πρέπει να πραγματοποιηθούν.
                • Συντονίζει και επιμελείται της ομάδας συντήρησης.
                • Ελέγχει, τις εγκαταστάσεις ύδρευσης, άρδευσης και αποχέτευσης, τα διάφορα δίκτυα σωληνώσεων, την εγκατάσταση επεξεργασίας αποβλήτων και εξασφαλίζει την άριστη λειτουργία τους.
                • Ελέγχει και εξασφαλίζει τη άριστη λειτουργία των μηχανοστασίων και των κλιματιστικών.
                • Ελέγχει και επιθεωρεί, τις ηλεκτρικές εγκατάστασης και τον εξοπλισμό, τις διατάξεις, τα διάφορα συστήματα αυτοματισμού καθώς και τα εφεδρικά συστήματα υποστήριξης (γεννήτριες, UPS κλπ.).
                • Γνωρίζει τα δίκτυα διανομής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, φροντίζει για τα σχέδια και την ενημέρωση τους.
                • Διεξάγει επιθεωρήσεις των κτηρίων και των εγκαταστάσεων προκείμενου να διαπιστώνει την ασφαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία τους.
                • Είναι υπεύθυνος για το σύστημα πυρανίχνευσης του ξενοδοχείου και για την συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού.
                • Εξασφαλίζει την άριστη κατάσταση και γενικότερα τη συντήρηση των πισινών.
