Responsibilities 

  • Orientation of new employees
  • Assist HR teams and hotel managers in the recruitment process including job posting, candidate CVs screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Manage the employment process of all employees in hotels
  • Manage employee records, and time recording systems and ensure all HR documentation is up to date.
  • Support payroll administration
  • Handle employee inquiries and provide HR-related assistance
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist employees with all administrative needs required for their employment( bank accounts, registration with local authorities, etc)

Requirements

  • English Proficiency: Excellent spoken and written English 
  • Education: University/College degree (HR-related degree will be considered an advantage)
  • Experience: Experience in HR or a similar field will be an added advantage.
  • Skills: High level of computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and HR software

    Maintenance (Electrician & plumber)

    Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations. We are looking for an experienced and talented individual to join our maintenance team for the summer season 2024 at the Atlantica Holiday Village Rhodes in Rhodes.

    The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our hotel remains in excellent condition, providing a safe and welcoming environment for our guests and staff.

    Responsibilities

    • Regularly inspect hotel facilities, including guest rooms, common areas, and external premises.
    • Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to ensure the longevity and functionality of hotel assets.
    • Repair or replace defective equipment, fixtures, and appliances on time.
    • Ensure all guest room appliances (e.g., televisions, hair dryers, coffee makers) function properly.
    • Adhere to safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries.
    • Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal safety and building regulations.
    • Conduct regular safety checks and maintain accurate inspections and maintenance work records.
    • Order necessary supplies and equipment as needed, ensuring timely restocking.
    • Communicate effectively with the Maintenance Manager and team members regarding ongoing projects and maintenance needs.

    Requirements

    • High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training in maintenance or related field preferred.
    • Proven experience in the maintenance department or a similar role, preferably within the hospitality industry.
    • Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance techniques.
    • Ability to use common tools and equipment related to maintenance tasks.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

      Housekeeping Manager

      Full - Time

      Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the leading hotel company in Cyprus and Greece, is expanding its operations.

      We seek experienced Housekeeping Managers to join our housekeeping teams at the Atlantica Hotels 5* in Rhodes island starting from 01/03/2025.

      The Housekeeping Manager will ensure that the highest level of cleanliness and maintenance is achieved while supporting the company's philosophy of Greek hospitality.

      Responsibilities

      • Manage the overall housekeeping and laundry operations, including managing a team of housekeepers and ensuring that they are providing exceptional service to guests
      • Supervise the operation of linen, uniform, supply and storage rooms. 
      • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across all aspects of operations
      • Inspect and approve all supply requisitions for the housekeeping department, and maintain par stock, inventory control, and cost-control procedures for all materials.
      • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for cleaning and initiate new procedures to increase the efficiency of labor and product use.
      • Ensure that all equipment and machinery, including guest room appliances, are in good working order through regular inspections and maintenance
      • Train, mentor, and support the housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to provide excellent service to guests

      Requirements

      • At least 5 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels of the organization
      • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      • Strong attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of housekeeping and laundry operations
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
      • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer programs. Knowledge of the Protel PMS will be considered as an asset
