The Hotel Accountant is responsible for managing the financial operations within the Hotel. This includes overseeing accounting tasks such as financial reporting, day-to-day accounting entries, assessment vs budget and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Financial Reporting:
    • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.

    • Reconcile daily expenditures and bank transactions to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  2. Budgeting and Forecasting:
    • Assist in preparing the annual budget and financial forecasts.

  3. Audit and Compliance:
    • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and accounting standards (e.g., GAAP, IFRS).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Previous experience in accounting, preferably in the hospitality or hotel industry will be considered an asset.
  • Skills:
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
    • Working knowledge of accounting software (e.g., Softone, Entersoft etc).
    • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

            Key Responsibilities:

            • Process payroll accurately and on time for all employees across our hotel properties.

                    Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει τη διαχείριση και τον συντονισμό όλων των τεχνικών θεμάτων του ξενοδοχείου, εξασφαλίζοντας την εύρυθμη λειτουργία των εγκαταστάσεων και την άμεση επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων με ότι αυτό συνεπάγεται.

                    Ο ρόλος:

                    • Ευθύνεται για τη συντήρηση του τεχνικού εξοπλισμού καθώς και την άμεση επέμβαση για την αποκατάσταση των βλαβών στην ξενοδοχειακή μονάδα.
                    • Εξασφαλίζει την διατήρηση των χώρων προκειμένου να είναι σε άριστη λειτουργική κατάσταση.
                    • Τηρεί το πρόγραμμα προληπτικής συντήρησης των μηχανημάτων.
                    • Συντάσσει αναφορές και εισηγείται εργασίες συντήρησης που πρέπει να πραγματοποιηθούν.
                    • Συντονίζει και επιμελείται της ομάδας συντήρησης.
                    • Ελέγχει, τις εγκαταστάσεις ύδρευσης, άρδευσης και αποχέτευσης, τα διάφορα δίκτυα σωληνώσεων, την εγκατάσταση επεξεργασίας αποβλήτων και εξασφαλίζει την άριστη λειτουργία τους.
                    • Ελέγχει και εξασφαλίζει τη άριστη λειτουργία των μηχανοστασίων και των κλιματιστικών.
                    • Ελέγχει και επιθεωρεί, τις ηλεκτρικές εγκατάστασης και τον εξοπλισμό, τις διατάξεις, τα διάφορα συστήματα αυτοματισμού καθώς και τα εφεδρικά συστήματα υποστήριξης (γεννήτριες, UPS κλπ.).
                    • Γνωρίζει τα δίκτυα διανομής ηλεκτρικού ρεύματος, φροντίζει για τα σχέδια και την ενημέρωση τους.
                    • Διεξάγει επιθεωρήσεις των κτηρίων και των εγκαταστάσεων προκείμενου να διαπιστώνει την ασφαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία τους.
                    • Είναι υπεύθυνος για το σύστημα πυρανίχνευσης του ξενοδοχείου και για την συντήρηση του εξοπλισμού.
                    • Εξασφαλίζει την άριστη κατάσταση και γενικότερα τη συντήρηση των πισινών.
                    • Είναι υπεύθυνος για τον έλεγχο των εξωτερικών συνεργείων καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια παραμονής τους εντός του ξενοδοχείου, την καθοδήγηση τους για την εκτέλεση του έργου που έχουν αναλάβει και τον έλεγχο παράδοσης αυτού.
                    • Ελέγχει το πρόγραμμα βλαβών και εξασφαλίζει την άμεση αποκατάσταση αυτών.
                    • Είναι ενήμερος για τις εκδηλώσεις και γεγονότα που πραγματοποιούνται στο ξενοδοχείο, και εξασφαλίζει την άριστη κάλυψη τους από τεχνικής πλευράς.
                    • Κάνει προτάσεις για την βελτίωση της λειτουργίας του ξενοδοχείου σε τεχνικά θέματα.

                    Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

                    • Εργασιακή εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση στον ξενοδοχειακό κλάδο 5 έτη.
