K. Treppides & Co Ltd the, Largest Independent Consultant, a Cyprus based International Firm, is seeking to recruit a Transfer Pricing Tax Manager to join us.. 

This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates who are looking to develop and bring their career to the next level by becoming TP tax professionals within a leading and well-known firm. The successfully placed candidate will be able to identify controlled transactions between related parties, partnering with multiple stakeholders to provide support on transfer pricing related issues, perform functional, economic and benchmarking analysis and reporting for various transactions, prepare and maintain TP records and prepare reports and presentations based on the findings.

Responsibilities:

  • Involved in the Company’s Transfer Pricing matters.
  • Perform functional analysis, economic and benchmarking analysis for various transactions with related parties.
  • Preparation of reports and presentations based on the findings and work carried out.
  • Managing and preparing Transfer Pricing documentation to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.
  • Develop an understanding of complex Transfer Pricing concepts and effectively apply economic and financial knowledge to client situations.
  • Assist with application for and negotiation of rulings and Advanced Pricing Agreements (APAs) where clients would like up-front certainty on Transfer Pricing positions.
  • Support Transfer Pricing audits, including responding to tax authorities on matters or queries relating to Transfer Pricing.
  • Identify Transfer Pricing Opportunities within the organization.
  • Stay up to date and be able to share the updates within the team regarding new Transfer Pricing updates.
  • Develop new initiatives and functions that supports the Transfer Pricing practice.
  • Conducting regular internal review of Transfer Pricing policies in accordance with the latest tax regulation developments.
  • Provide advice on Transfer Pricing implications for new business initiatives.

SENIOR AUDITOR

Position: Senior Auditor

Entry Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

AUDITOR

Position: Auditor         

K. Treppides & Co Ltd, the Largest Independent Consultant Cyprus based International Firm is currently hiring for an Auditor to join our Office in Nicosia or in Limassol.

 

An Auditor is responsible for conducting audits for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries (i.e., financing, investment companies, trading companies) in accordance to the International Standards on Auditing and the Companies Law.

Responsibilities include and are not limited to conducting and completing audit engagements for managers’ review, indirect communication with clients and direct communication with financial department and clients’ CFO on conducting an audit.

 

Entry Requirements:

  • BSc in Economic, Accounting/ Finance or any other relevant field
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language
  • Minimum 1 year of related Audit experience
  • Familiar with IFRS and ISAS

 

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidates will prepare tax computations and returns, engage in tax-related research, and assist in advisory projects. Entry Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct ICT audits to assess IT systems against industry standards and best practices.
  • Team participation to develop and implement customized compliance frameworks that adhere to regulations like ISO27001, DORA, PCI DSS, and NIS2.

Job Requirements:

  • 2+ years of relevant working experience.
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools (MS Project, JIRA, etc.).
  • Ability to identify and communicate potential risks related to systems, people, technology, and operational disruptions.
  • Strong communication and troubleshooting skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of Information Security / IT Internal Controls frameworks and professional standards (e.g., ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 22701), IT Audit/Assurance frameworks/standards, and IT Regulatory requirements (e.g., EBA ICT, SWIFT-CSP, GDPR) will be considered a significant advantage.

Qualifications:

  • BSc and/or MSc in Mathematics, Law, Business Studies, Engineering, or Computer Science.
  • Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE, CISSP, will be considered an advantage.

v What we are looking for: 

Entry Requirements:

·      BSc in a relevant filed (e.g. Economics, Finance, Law etc.) from a reputable university

·      Excellent analytical and written communication (including report writing) skills of the English and Greek language

What you should expect:

·      Communicate and provide consultancy support to regulated entities (e.g. Investment Firms, Electronic Money Institutions, Payment Service Providers, Funds and Fund Managers, Gaming Licensees etc.)

·      Communicate with relevant regulatory authorities (e.g. CySEC, CBC, FCA, MGA, MFSA, FSC etc.)

·      Communicate and/or coordinate with other control functions (e.g. Internal Audit and Risk Management)

·      Draft advices to clients’ compliance related issues / queries and regulatory reports

·      Handle compliance requests, client’s complaints, requests from regulatory authorities

·      Participate in the compliance assignments of firms, including the conducting of policies and procedures review, preparation and/or review of compliance monitoring programmes / plans, the assessment of controls and the conducting of corresponding compliance health check audits etc.

·      Ensure that operational procedures comply with industry practices, internal procedures and regulations

 

Your Role:

·      Close interaction with clients (e.g. e-meetings, meetings, emails, calls etc.)

·      Conducting of research and development on an ongoing basis

·      Performance of desk based reviews and verification checks / assessments

·      Preparation of regulatory compliance materials (e.g. memos, presentations, publications etc.)
