Cyprus Public Transport is looking for curious, observant people to join our team as part-time Customer Experience Advisors. Your job is simple but important: ride our network, visit our stations and customer service points, and tell us honestly what you find. Your feedback directly shapes the improvements we make to our service across the island.
At 12–16 hours per week with scheduling built around you, this role works well as a second job, a flexible income alongside university, or simply a way to earn while contributing to something that matters.
• Travel our network and visit stations, vehicles, and customer service points to evaluate the passenger experience.
• Assess cleanliness, staff behaviour, punctuality, and overall service quality against defined criteria.
• Record your findings accurately through structured reports and feedback forms.
• Maintain discretion and professionalism throughout your evaluations.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to observe and report objectively.
• Good written communication skills in Greek and/or English.
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently.
• University student or recent graduate preferred, but not required.
• Legal right to live and work in Cyprus.
• Competitive hourly pay.
• Flexible scheduling — 12 to 16 hours per week, arranged around your availability.
