Duties and Responsibilities

·        Participating in IT assurance/audits by conducting client interviews, testing, and documenting the Test of Design and Test of Operating Effectiveness for General IT Controls (ITGCs) and Application Controls across a wide range of applications and operating system platforms

·        Participating in the design of audit procedures to effectively accomplish documented audit objectives

·        Supporting or leading the execution of audits/ assessments of IT processes against leading practices, frameworks and common standards (e.g. CoBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001/02)

·        Assist in designing audit procedures to meet specified objectives and conduct these procedures across diverse platforms and ERP systems

·        Participate in IT controls reviews, security assessments, and IT attestations to ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks and standards (e.g. ISAE 3402, SOC 2), offering actionable recommendations for remediation

·        Contribute to the preparation of reports for clients and stakeholders, clearly communicating findings and recommendations

Requirements

·        Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field

·        Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field will be considered an advantage

·        Professional qualifications / certifications (e.g. CISA, CEH, CCNA, CISSP, etc.) will be considered an advantage

·        Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (e.g. on information security and data protection)         

·        Minimum 3 years of professional experience in IT auditing, information security, risk management, or a related field

·       Prepare internal audit plans specific to each client after conducting a risk assessment.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Liaising with Audit Partners, Audit Directors and Audit Managers in the business to understand their client / project resource requirements.

·         Driving utilization and advising stakeholders on resourcing solutions and best practice.

·         Identifying resourcing solutions whilst factoring in the client needs and individual skills.

·         Managing conflicting demands on resources to ensure the best and most profitable outcomes are achieved for the business and for our clients.

·         Maintain and administer work planners.

·         Provide support for all aspects of the resourcing process.

·         Ensure that clients are provided with the best teams of people, combining industry experience with technical knowledge to ensure maximum commercial advantage.

·         Strategic talent management of staff; actively considering their career development needs and aligning them to engagement experiences accordingly.

·         Liaise, influence and challenge effectively to build relationships at all levels and with multiple stakeholders.

·         Identify and negotiate the release of suitable resources to cope with the needs of teams, when new work has been won and/or when project/job timings change.

·         Support our secondment programme.

·         Monitor and analyse workforce actual utilization with benchmarks and monitor non-chargeable hours.

·         Monitor and coordinate resources optimum utilization between offices/countries.

·         Reporting and forecasting of workforce utilisation and making strategic resource deployment decisions to maximise utilisation.

·         Update and maintain audit clients cloud database and access rights.

·         Support training and employee deployment as needed.

·         Be accountable for identification of process improvement.

Requirements:

·         Highly confident, skilled verbal and written communicator with great attention to detail.

·         Previous audit or other professional services experience would be highly advantageous.

·         Ability to interact effectively with empathy, impact and discretion, cultivating trusted advisor working relationships with Business Unit leadership, key stakeholders, practitioners, team members and the wider resource management function.

·         Commercial mind set.

·         Strong Excel skills.
