Duties and Responsibilities
· Maintain Accurate Accounting records.
· Prepare daily reconciliations.
· Process invoices, receipts and payments.
· Assist in the preparation of various ad hoc management reports.
· Support on the preparation of financial statements.
· Provide My data support.
· Support on the preparation of corporate income tax.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance or a related field.
· From 2 to 4 years of experience in accounting with related experience in an Accounting Department/Office.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
· Computer literacy and strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical skills and attention to detail.
· Time management and organizational skills.

· Manage a portfolio of clients of audit clients across various industries with international collaboration with Baker Tilly’s other offices.
· Collaborating with Audit Directors to plan engagement strategy/objectives, undertaking risk assessments and leading the engagements to deliver agreed plan
· Developing and maintaining productive and long-term relationships with client management
· Generating new business opportunities
· Recognizing key performance drivers, business trends, emerging technical developments and impact to the clients
· Leading by example, developing and mentoring engagement team members and conducting performance reviews
· Using expertise in audit methodologies to perform engagements in compliance with the firm and industry standards
· Supervise, mentor and review the work of senior and junior audit professionals.
Requirements

· Holder or in progress/towards in completion of a related professional qualification (e.g. ACCA, ACA and SOEL)
