Career Opportunities

We invite applications from energetic, highly motivated, and ambitious Executive Assistant to join the team of the office of the Regional Director.

Duties and Responsibilities

·         Manage the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

·         Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, correspondence, and other documentation.

·         Handle incoming communications and act as a point of contact on behalf of the Director.

·         Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as required.

·         Assist with departmental coordination and follow-up on key actions and deadlines.

·         Support the planning and organization of meetings, events, and conferences.

·         Provide general administrative support and assist with ad hoc tasks and projects.

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field. Any additional qualification will be considered as an advantage.

·         Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting senior executives for a period of over five years.

·         Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively.

·         Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English, with strong attention to detail.

·         Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.

·         High level of discretion and confidentiality.

·         Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.
