We are looking for an Assistant Finance Manger to join us who is comfortable in an evolving environment and enjoys solving a variety of challenges that contribute to meaningful outcomes.

Your work in Internal Audit/Finance will go beyond the numbers, it’s about understanding the business, navigating risks, and delivering insights that support informed decision making.

Duties and Responsibilities

·        Assist in the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS and regulatory standards.

·        Support the monthly closing process, including the preparation and submission of management accounts and internal reports.

·        Serve as a point of contact for financial queries, providing clear and accurate analysis when required.

·        Coordinate with external auditors during interim and annual audit processes, ensuring smooth and timely completion.

·        Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure effective financial planning.

·        Ensure compliance with tax regulations and contribute to timely submission of all statutory financial reporting obligations.

·        Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes and enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.

·        Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support broader business objectives and provide financial insight where needed.

What We’re Looking For

  ·         Qualified or in advanced process of becoming a qualified ACA, ACCA.

·         Minimum 3-4 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably with solid understanding of consolidation and financial statement preparation under IFRS.

·         Hands-on experience with CaseWare -consolidation and financial statements preparation under IFRS.

·         Strong academic record, preferably relating to Accounting, Economics, and Finance.

·         Advanced business writing and verbal communication skills, both in Greek and English.

·         Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.

·         Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite applications.

·         Ability to interact in a team environment.
