The primary purpose of this role is to assist the Accountants in overseeing, coordinating and administering the day to day financial records of the company.

Main Duties:  

·      Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports

·      Carry out monthly bank reconciliation

·      Carry out intercompany reconciliation

·      Process daily payments and update cashflow as necessary

·      Posting of monthly revenue

·      Update receivable and purchase ledger as necessary

·      Assist in liaising with external auditors with necessary documentation and explanation

·      Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.

Education / Qualifications

·      In final stages of obtaining and Accounting Qualification (ACCA or equivalent)

Experience:

·      At least 2 years experience in accounting

Primary Purpose:

To carry out repairs and resprays on buses, to maintain them up to the company standard. To provide safe and reliable body repairs to meet the requirements of the Engineering Department in the most effective manner.

 Main Duties:  

·        Following the Team Supervisor instructions;

·        Evaluating damages on body and structure.

·        Developing working method to achieve goals and requirements on each repair to be performed, defining what are the steps to be taken on it;

·        Repairing accident damages and painting;

• Training and assisting Semi-Skilled workers as required.
• Collaborating closely with other Electricians, Mechanics, and workshop staff members.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the workspace and ensuring proper management of hazardous waste.
• Adhering to established policies and procedures, including those related to security, health and safety, data protection, eco-friendly practices, and quality assurance.
• Completing job cards, work orders, or any other job-related documentation to ensure thorough traceability.

Any other duties related to the job position that may be required depending on the exigencies of the business at the time.

Education / Qualifications

·        City and Guilds or equivalent qualification, or 3 years’ experience

·        Good communication skills, both verbal & written in either English, Maltese, or Spanish.

Experience

·        Two (2) years working experience in panel beating would be an asset.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide support to the Operations department to guarantee the effective performance of all safety policies within the range of the Operations department as well as assist and develop ongoing and future projects.    

 Main Duties

· Following the assigned manager’s instructions and assisting with any projects in relation to the Operations department.   

·   Carry out inspections on board buses as mystery shopper and provide constructive feedback on network, infrastructure and driver behavior  

·         Investigate customer complaints and provide an answer based on the data gathered  

·         Implement and keep track of network changes in the different systems  

·         Assist in driver communication through notices and other means  

·         Assisting with any other technical reports for the Operations Managers, Operations Director or any other person they might designate.  

·         Following and promoting the company’s health and safety policies and regulations.  

·         Carrying out any other ad-hoc duties allocated by the Manager or Operations Director.  

Education / Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree 

• At least B2 of English
