IT Business Analyst & Systems Partner – FMCG & Retail

We are looking for an IT Business Analyst & Systems Partner with a strong IT background to join our FMCG/Retail company. The successful candidate will act as the key connection between the business, internal departments, software providers, ERP partners, BI consultants, and external IT service providers.

The role will involve analysing business processes, gathering requirements, supporting ERP systems, creating BI dashboards and reports, coordinating software and IT-related projects, and ensuring that technology solutions meet the company’s operational and strategic needs.

The ideal candidate should have experience with ERP systems, BI tools, dashboard creation, vendor coordination, business process improvement, and project support. Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Wholesale, or Supply Chain environments will be considered a strong advantage.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as the company’s IT Business Systems Partner between internal departments, software providers, ERP partners, BI consultants, and external IT providers.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear system, reporting, and process specifications.
  • Support ERP implementation, maintenance, upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting.
  • Create and maintain BI dashboards, reports, KPIs, and management reporting tools.
  • Coordinate IT, ERP, BI, and software-related projects.
  • Work with vendors and technology partners to resolve issues and deliver system improvements.
  • Support users with ERP, BI, reporting tools, and other business applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and better use of technology.
  • Assist with user testing, training, documentation, and change management.

 

Requirements

  • Degree in IT, Computer Science Business Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3 plus years of experience in an IT Business Analyst & Systems Partner, ERP Analyst, BI Analyst, Business Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Strong IT background and understanding of business systems.
  • Experience with ERP systems, BI/reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and data analysis tools such as SQL.
  • Experience in dashboard creation, reporting, data analysis, and KPI development.
  • Ability to work effectively with external vendors, software providers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, documentation, and project coordination skills.
  • Hands-on, proactive, structured, and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in FMCG, Retail, Distribution, Wholesale, or Supply Chain will be considered an advantage.
