Location: Nicosia, Cyprus

Responsibilities:

• Daily bookkeeping of Group’s entities and support month-end and year-end reporting
• Maintain and balance the general ledgers in an accurate, complete, and up-to-date manner
• Record purchase invoices and arrange settlement
• Issue sales invoices to customers and follow up on outstanding payments
• Monthly preparation of management accounts
• Preparation and submission of VAT and VIES reporting
• Preparation of monthly payroll, calculation of PAYE, Social Insurance and Tax deductions
• Liaise with the auditors when necessary

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or LCCI Higher Level (or equivalent)
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience on similar position
• Thorough knowledge and understanding of general accounting principals
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Business Central software will be considered an advantage
• Strong organisational, analytical skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work well under pressure and towards meeting deadlines
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

•Συνεννόηση με τις μεταφορικές εταιρείες για την παραλαβή των εμπορευμάτων
•Παραλαβή και εκφόρτωση εμπορευμάτων στην αποθήκη
•Ετοιμασία παραγγελιών με βάση των τιμολογίων
•Υπεύθυνος/η για το στοκ
•Φόρτωση, μεταφορά και εκφόρτωση των προϊόντων στους πελάτες της εταιρείας σε παγκύπρια
βάση
•Βοήθεια στην τακτοποίηση των προϊόντων της εταιρείας
•Ό,τι άλλο ζητηθεί σχετικά με τη φύση της εργασίας.

Προσόντα:
•Απόφοιτος/η δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης
•Άδεια οδήγησης
•Επικοινωνιακή και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα
•Σωστή διαχείριση χρόνου και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
•Ομαδικό πνεύμα.
•Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής και μερική γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας
