Fameline Management & Services Ltd is currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our dynamic finance team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain bookkeeping records for a group of companies, including monthly closing procedures
  • Perform bank reconciliations
  • Process invoices promptly and accurately
  • Conduct receivables and vendor reconciliations
  • Prepare VAT returns
  • Assist during annual audits

 

Qualifications:

  • University degree in Accounting or Finance, or in a related field
  • Previous experience in an accounting role
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills
  • Computer literacy, Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (excel)

Global STSS is seeking an Area Sales Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, expanding our customer and agent network, and identifying new business opportunities - all while representing GSTSS’s industry-leading stern tube sealing solutions.

The ideal candidate is commercially driven, results-oriented professional with strong relationship-building skills, a deep understanding of the marine equipment sector, and the ability to operate both strategically and hands-on.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals to deliver revenue, margin, and market share targets.
  • Proactively identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities within the marine sector, expanding the customer base.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle - from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and aftersales support.
  • Champion and support framework agreements and long-term partnerships with fleet operators and key accounts.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for agents, customers, and key stakeholders within the assigned region, ensuring seamless communication and support.
  • Conduct frequent customer visits and deliver impactful sales presentations, technical briefings, and solution-based proposals.
  • Collect, analyse, and report on market intelligence, including competitor activity, customer trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments (Operations, Aftersales, Technical) to ensure timely execution, delivery, and customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and present accurate monthly and quarterly sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM tools.
  • Ensure all regional sales activities are conducted in compliance with company policies, the GSTSS Code of Conduct, and applicable quality and industry standards.
  • Maintain well-organised sales documentation, agreements, and records of customer interactions.

 

Qualifications & Competencies

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marine Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Solid experience in marine equipment sales - prior knowledge of stern tube seals will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing strategic accounts.
  • Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation, influencing, and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness and ability to travel abroad.
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages will be considered an asset.
