Responsibilities:
- Receive enquires from customer through various media.
- Handle the enquires from quotation up to the invoicing stage.
- Coordinate with the Principal, Supplier, Customer and Forwarding Agents during the process including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt and acknowledgement.
- Request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalisation, invoicing, etc.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases.
Requirements:
- Previous experience of 1-3 years in the maritime sector.
- BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
- Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
- Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
- Computer literate.
- Fluency in Greek and English.
