Responsibilities:

  • Receive enquires from the customer through email.
  • Handling the requests from the quotation stage up until the invoicing stag
  • Coordinate with the Company’s Service Engineers, and make arrangements for traveling, attendance, and submission of service reports.
  • Responsible for the execution and implementation of the complete flow of operations.
  • Search the approved service stations, through the website of the manufacturers and/or the
  • classification societies members of IACS.
  • Maintain the most efficient implementation of the ISO Systems as per Company’s standards.
  • Create and control all manual filing systems and relevant office paperwork.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.

• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving business growth and meeting revenue goals.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships.
• Manage key accounts while fostering strong client relationships.
• Handle customer inquiries from various channels and direct them to the customer service team.
• Negotiate project terms and contracts with new clients.
• Analyse market trends and competition to guide strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and overall commercial success.
• Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings.
• Maintain regular contact with customers, including potential travel as needed.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports to the management team.


Qualifications:
• Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and/or commercial management, preferably in Shipping.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels.
• Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English.
