Responsibilities:

  • Receive enquires from customer through various media.
  • Handle the enquires from quotation up to the invoicing stage.
  • Coordinate with the Principal, Supplier, Customer and Forwarding Agents during the process including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt and acknowledgement.
  • Request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalisation, invoicing, etc.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases.

 

Requirements:

  • BSc in Shipping, Maritime or any other related field will be considered as an advantage.
  • Ability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities at once.
  • Computer literate.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.

Key Duties:

  • Analyse customers’ voyage plans to recommend optimised underwater service solutions and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
  • Coordinate underwater service delivery with customers, local dive stations, port agents, and subcontractors to ensure smooth operations and high client satisfaction
  • Advise customers on port, terminal, and berth restrictions, providing cost-effective underwater service recommendations
  • Support vetting and due diligence of customers and third-party service providers to ensure compliance and build trusted partnerships
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers and service partners while proactively identifying new sales leads and business growth opportunities
  • Update operational and financial systems to track service delivery and sales progress
  • Prepare regular reports on operational and sales activities to support strategic decision-making

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Marine Engineering, or a related field
  • Proven experience in sales coordination, preferably in maritime, underwater services, or logistics sectors
  • Strong understanding of vessel operations, port restrictions, and underwater service requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer and partner relationships
  • Ability to analyse complex information and identify commercial opportunities
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM/operational software tools
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a global and cross-functional team
