Responsibilities: • Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at driving business growth and meeting revenue goals. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships. • Manage key accounts while fostering strong client relationships. • Handle customer inquiries from various channels and direct them to the customer service team. • Negotiate project terms and contracts with new clients. • Analyse market trends and competition to guide strategic decisions. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches and overall commercial success. • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s offerings. • Maintain regular contact with customers, including potential travel as needed. • Prepare and deliver regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications: • Degree in Maritime Studies, Engineering, or a related field. • Proven experience of 3-5 years in sales and/or commercial management, preferably in Shipping. • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence key stakeholders at all levels. • Results-oriented with a track record of achieving sales targets. • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Fluency in English.
