Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and advocate for customers across all internal departments and keep customers updated on issues and requests.
  • Train and guide the customers products and internal platforms.
  • Create complete and accurate order confirmations, process, and track purchase orders.
  • Handle customer complaints and possible disputes on behalf of the sales team.
  • Co-ordinate with Operations, Support and Production/Warehouse Departments.
  • Manage existing customer relations with Partners/Principals.
  • Maintain pricing contracts, provide promotional details and service updates to the Customer /Supplier.
  • Ensure all tools used by the Sales team are updated and can be used to generate reports for sales.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to provide recommendations for processes optimization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or in a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or administrator.
  • Experience in the maritime industry, will be considered as a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong computing and research skills.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) is required.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their technical requirements are clearly understood and addressed.
  • Oversee the delivery of services to clients, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and overall client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with internal engineering, support, and product teams to ensure seamless solution deployment and issue resolution.
  • Lead the technical components of client onboarding, configuration, and solution implementation projects.
  • Conduct regular technical account reviews to evaluate system performance, address concerns, and suggest improvements.
  • Provide strategic technical input to clients to support their long-term planning and technology alignment.
  • Monitor client environments proactively to identify and resolve potential issues before they impact operations.
  • Analyse client infrastructure and provide tailored recommendations for optimization, upgrades, or risk mitigation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical account management, technical consulting, or solutions engineering role within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cyber Security, and Connectivity solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex client relationships and delivering high-value technical support.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid project coordination abilities with attention to detail and accountability for outcomes.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to solving technical and operational issues.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client needs and projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel and support clients across various regions and time zones.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written.

 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience in the maritime, transportation, or logistics sectors.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools and platforms such as ServiceNow, Jira, or MS Project.
  • Understanding of security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).

Role Overview: 

The Warehouse Officer is responsible for the day-to-day warehouse operations at our Loyang facility, ensuring the accurate receipt, storage, assembly support, and dispatch of marine satellite communications equipment. The successful candidate will work closely with the Supply Chain, Operations, and Technical teams to maintain inventory accuracy, uphold safety standards, and contribute to the smooth running of the facility.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory integrity across all product lines.
  • Coordinate with the operations and technical teams to support assembly and testing activities within the warehouse.
  • Operate and maintain inventory management software and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) to record transactions, update stock levels, and generate reports.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organised, clean, and compliant with health, safety, and fire regulations at all times.
  • Process inbound and outbound shipment documentation (packing lists, delivery orders, customs paperwork) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, couriers, and vendors for shipping and logistics coordination.
  • Identify and report discrepancies, damaged goods, or stock variances to the line manager promptly.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimise warehouse layout, processes, and efficiency.
  • Comply with all company policies, MOM workplace safety regulations, and applicable quality standards.

Requirements:

  • 3 to 5 years of relevant warehouse, logistics, or supply chain experience.
  • Experience in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry is strongly preferred.
  • Proficiency with inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to maintain accurate records and manage inventory discrepancies.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) required for all communications and documentation.
  • Able to perform physically demanding tasks.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Forklift certification or relevant material handling equipment licences.
  • Familiarity with customs clearance procedures and import/export regulations in Singapore.
  • Experience with assembly support or testing environments for technical/electronic equipment.
