ONE NET is seeking a Marketing & Content Manager with a strong marketing background, practical experience using AI tools, and the judgement to represent a technical maritime brand accurately.

This person will coordinate marketing activity between ONE NET and Fameline Group, own day-to-day content planning and execution, and act as the human approval point for AI-assisted marketing drafts, including content produced by ONE NET’s marketing agent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own ONE NET’s digital marketing activity - planning, drafting, reviewing and publishing content across relevant channels.
  • Maintain a marketing calendar aligned with product launches, campaigns, events and group priorities.
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional events end-to-end, including logistics, content and supplier liaison.
  • Manage marketing merchandise, from sourcing through to event and client-use planning.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, Service Engineering, Support and leadership to turn updates into social posts, intranet news and campaign content.
  • Act as the primary marketing liaison between ONE NET and Fameline, ensuring alignment on brand standards and messaging.
  • Use AI tools to streamline content creation and campaign planning, reviewing and approving all AI-assisted drafts before use.
  • Monitor marketing performance and use results to improve content and channel planning.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven marketing background, ideally within B2B technology, maritime, telecoms, IT services, cybersecurity or SaaS.
  • Strong digital marketing experience, including LinkedIn, campaign planning and performance reporting.
  • Practical, hands-on experience using AI tools for real marketing work.
  • Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple projects, stakeholders and approval loops.
  • Good design judgement, able to brief designers, agencies or AI tools clearly.
  • Sound judgement on confidentiality, brand risk and when to escalate for approval.
  • Excellent English writing skills, able to turn technical information into clear, credible content.

What Success Looks Like:

The right candidate will not simply "post on social media" - they will own ONE NET's marketing rhythm. This means keeping the calendar alive, turning internal updates into usable content, coordinating with Fameline without losing ONE NET's specific positioning, and ensuring AI helps the team move faster without weakening quality or accuracy.

Reporting Line:

This role reports to ONE NET leadership, with a clear coordination line to Fameline marketing.

Location: Singapore

About the Role

We're a maritime-focused Managed Service Provider delivering IT infrastructure and support across a fleet of approximately 5000 vessels. We're looking for a Solutions Engineer to join our technical team, working hands-on across virtualization, networking, Windows/Linux server administration, and telephony systems that keep vessels connected and operational worldwide.

This is a senior individual-contributor role with real ownership — you'll be managing production infrastructure that vessel crews and shore-side operations depend on daily, often under satellite-connectivity constraints that make this work meaningfully different from standard corporate IT.

What You'll Do

  • Manage Windows Server / Active Directory environments including GPO, DNS, and user/role provisioning

  • Administer AlmaLinux/RHEL systems supporting core vessel and shore infrastructure

  • Administer and troubleshoot KVM/libvirt virtualization across vessel and shore-based host clusters

  • Use NinjaRMM and ScreenConnect for remote monitoring, patch management, and remote support across the fleet

  • Configure and maintain WatchGuard firewalls and network security across the fleet

  • Support 3CX/SIP telephony infrastructure, including PBX provisioning and troubleshooting

  • Write and maintain Ansible / PowerShell automation for fleet-wide provisioning and configuration management

  • Troubleshoot connectivity and infrastructure issues across satellite (VSAT/Starlink), LTE, and hybrid WAN links

  • Coordinate with vessel crews, shore-side operations, and vendors to resolve incidents within SLA

  • Contribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge-sharing across the technical team

  • Support pre-sales / proposal work where technical input is needed for new fleet onboarding or RFQs

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, or systems engineering

  • Networking fundamentals: routing, VLANs, firewall administration (any enterprise-grade vendor — Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, WatchGuard, etc.), and VPN technologies (SSL VPN, IPsec, site-to-site)

  • Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory administration (GPO, DNS, DHCP, OU structure)

  • Solid working knowledge of Linux server administration (RHEL/AlmaLinux/CentOS or similar)

  • Practical experience with virtualization (KVM/libvirt, VMware, Hyper-V, or Proxmox)

  • Strong troubleshooting instincts and comfort working independently under time pressure

Highly Valued (nice-to-have):

  • Familiarity with NinjaRMM, ScreenConnect, or comparable RMM/remote-support tooling

  • Experience with 3CX or other SIP/VoIP PBX systems

  • Ansible or other configuration-management/automation experience

  • PowerShell scripting for Windows administration and automation

  • Working knowledge of AWS (or other cloud platforms) for hybrid infrastructure or backup use cases

  • Experience supporting remote or satellite-connected sites (maritime, oil & gas, remote mining, etc.)

  • Exposure to maritime IT, VSAT/satellite communications, or fleet-scale multi-site management

  • Relevant certifications (CCNA/CCNP, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP, RHCSA, or similar)
