Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor accounts receivable ledger and track outstanding balances
  • Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections
  • Process customer payments and allocate them correctly in the accounting system
  • Reconcile accounts receivable balances and investigate discrepancies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records
  • Prepare aging reports and provide regular AR status updates to management

Requirements

Job Summary:

  • Solid knowledge of IT systems infrastructure, network design, and implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate technical solutions into commercially viable presentations.
  • Strong background in solutions architecture with hands-on experience deploying and managing systems.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage time, set priorities, and coordinate travel for client engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and systems/process-oriented approach.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and engineering.

Role Overview: 

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all inbound and outbound logistics activities for One Net’s Singapore facility. Working closely with the operations, warehouse, and procurement teams, the successful candidate will manage freight arrangements, customs documentation, vendor relationships, and supply chain coordination to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of marine satellite communications equipment worldwide.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute all inbound and outbound shipments for the Singapore facility, including sea, air, and courier freight.
  • Prepare, review, and manage all shipping and customs documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, airway bills, and import/export permits.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping agents, customs brokers, and government authorities (Singapore Customs, MPA) to ensure timely and compliant clearance of goods.
  • Monitor shipment status and proactively manage delays, exceptions, or discrepancies, communicating updates to internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate closely with the Warehouse Officer and operations team to align delivery schedules with warehouse capacity and project timelines.
  • Manage and update logistics records within the ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics 365), ensuring accurate tracking of shipments, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Evaluate and negotiate rates with freight service providers to optimise logistics costs without compromising service quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with Singapore trade regulations, export controls, and applicable international trade rules.
  • Support procurement activities including purchase order follow-up, supplier coordination, and goods-in-transit tracking.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of logistics processes, documentation standards, and cost efficiency initiatives.

Requirements: 

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain coordination.
  • Experience in the marine, offshore, or oil & gas industry is strongly preferred.
  • Solid knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance in Singapore.
  • Proficiency with logistics or inventory management software; experience with ERP systems is required.
  • Business-level proficiency in English (written and spoken) required for all communications, documentation, and vendor correspondence.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP) is considered a strong advantage.
  • Familiarity with Singapore Customs TradeNet system and controlled goods permit procedures.
  • Experience coordinating international shipments of technical or electronic equipment.

  • Manage the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods in compliance with company procedures and Singapore regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock counts to ensure inventory integrity across all product lines.
