ONETECH ENGINEERING LTD is looking to hire an experienced Sales Manager based in Poland.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth and improve gross profit margins.
- Build, manage, and expand a strong pipeline of qualified, high-value prospects and partners.
- Design and implement strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives and market opportunities.
- Establish and nurture long-term client relationships based on trust, insight, and value creation.
- Lead and close commercial negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Collaborate with marketing to support campaigns and promotional initiatives that strengthen brand positioning and demand generation.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product launches and commercial performance.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and actionable insights to senior management.
- Maintain high-quality CRM data to support pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and revenue growth.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or in a related field.
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar commercial role, with a strong track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and drive business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience coaching and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
- Experience managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and account management.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly results-driven, with a proactive and strategic mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
