One Tech Group a leading provider of electromechanical services worldwide since 2007, it's looking to hire a Marine Electrical Engineer/Navcom Engineer in their offices in Rotterdam.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain, repair, and install Navigation and Radio Equipment, both onboard and in the workshop.
• Carry out annual Radio Surveys and Voyage Data Recorder Annual Performance Tests.
• Perform Gyrocompass overhauling.
• Submit detailed reports following the completion of an assignment.
• Report any hazards noticed.
• Coordinate between the Operations Department for the services and installation schedule.
• Update the Business Central system and optimize processes with the Supply Chain Manager.

Qualifications:

• University Degree Electrical or Electronic Engineering, or any other related field.
• Experience in a similar position will be considered as an advantage.
• Experience in installation, testing, and commissioning of Navigation and Communication systems or similar marine systems (e.g., automation, power management) would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of marine systems, including automatic steering systems, radar systems, electronic chart display, navigational aids, and satellite communication systems.
• Flexibility to travel worldwide at short notice.
• Willingness to work extended hours or irregular shifts onboard vessels or in the workshop as required.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent command of the written and spoken English language.

We are looking for a Supplier Controller to support the finance operations of our group. The role focuses on managing supplier records, reviewing invoices and payments, assisting in contract follow-up, and helping to ensure smooth collaboration with suppliers. You’ll work closely with the accounting, operation, and inventory teams to make sure everything is on time, accurate, and aligned with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyse supplier invoices, purchase orders, and payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contract terms.
• Work closely with the Treasury Officer to ensure timely processing of supplier payments and alignment with cash flow planning.
• Track and report on supplier performance, pricing agreements, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on supplier activity, outstanding payments, or purchase trends.
• Resolve any supplier-related issues, disputes, or delays in a timely and effective manner.
• Ensure compliance with budget guidelines by identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality.
• Regularly assess supplier performance based on agreed SLAs, quality standards, and delivery times.
• Create and maintain supplier performance reports, identifying areas for improvement or renegotiation.
•  Provide detailed documentation for any claims, warranty issues, or returns related to supplied goods or services.

Key Requirements

•  Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
•  2–4 years of experience in accounting, or supplier coordination.
•  Good understanding of invoice handling, purchase orders, and basic contract terms.
•  Comfortable using ERP/CRM systems and proficient in Excel.
•  Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
•  Ability to work effectively with internal departments and external partners
•  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
•  Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
•  Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

•     Performs marketing of services, develops marketing tools in his area of activities.
•     Monitors the progress of contracts.
•     Choose service engineers and other staff for order execution including approval of Subcontractors
•     Analyses the incoming requests in his section.
•     Keeps and updates information regarding tools calibration/verification and all records connected to this activity.
•     Consults Quality Manager on the System issues and training needs.
•     Facilitates the quality manager for the most efficient implementation of the ISO 9001 system.
•     Keeps and updates related to his Quality documents.
•     Keeps all records related to quality system in his section.
•     Keeps and updates related to his Quality documents and gives proposals concerning quality system improvement.
•     Sets and keeps updated list of approved Subcontractors, orders services from Subcontractors.
•     Monitors quality of services in his section.
•     Identifies anomalies on operational personal jobs, records and reports.
•     Examines clients' complaints and initiates possible corrective action; keeps record in a register.
•     Consults Quality Manager on the System issues and training needs.
•     Identifies training needs.
•     Chooses Subcontractors to perform specific tasks.
•     Submits working plans/procedures/technical advice to General Director.
