Service Support Center Operator

Main Duties and Responsibilities: The employee will be responsible for:
- Providing telephone customer service in accordance with the manufacturers’ quality standards.
- Proper allocation of tasks to the company’s workshops across Cyprus.
- Ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of existing customers regarding their experience with Unicars, and maintaining the highest possible level of after-sales service.
- Executing various promotional activities/campaigns, vehicle recall campaigns, or customer information campaigns.
- Receiving, promptly handling, and ensuring the resolution of customer queries.
- Managing various manufacturer platforms related to customer service.
What You’ll Bring to the Team: We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.
- Academic background in Business Administration or any other related fields will be considered an additional advantage.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service.
- Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage.
- Very good command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).
- Very good computer literacy and proficiency in basic IT software (MS Office).
- A strong sense of responsibility.
- Promptness and organizational skills.
- Customer service-oriented attitude.
- Effective communication and language skills.
