Duties:

Provide administrative support for tasks related to Quality Assurance

Review batch documentation

Carry out clerical work including typing, filing, copying and distribution of documents

Ensure all procedures are carried out as per defined Standard Operating Procedures

Undertake other tasks as required by the Quality Operations Senior Manager
Qualifications:

High School Certificate

Two/Three years Higher Education Certificate would be considered as a plus

What the job looks like?
The Quality Control Associate will have the opportunity to:
· To perform chemical analysis to raw materials and finished pharmaceutical dosage forms using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)
· To carry out stability studies to pharmaceutical products stored under different climatic control conditions following the appropriate monitoring software, using the required analytical & separation technique, and implementing analytical chemistry statistics
· Use of statistical tools to monitor trends will be considered as an asset
· To follow all the guidelines on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
What does it take to do the job?
· University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or another relevant field.
· Post Graduate diploma will be considered an advantage
· Experience in pharmaceutical analysis or in use of liquid chromatography HPLC, will be considered as an additional asset
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in the English and Greek language with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Quality Control Associate

What the job looks like?
The Quality Control Associate will have the opportunity to:
· To perform chemical analysis to raw materials and finished pharmaceutical dosage forms using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)
· To carry out stability studies to pharmaceutical products stored under different climatic control conditions following the appropriate monitoring software, using the required analytical & separation technique, and implementing analytical chemistry statistics
· Use of statistical tools to monitor trends will be considered as an asset
· To follow all the guidelines on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)
What does it take to do the job?
· University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry or another relevant field.
· Post Graduate diploma will be considered an advantage
· Experience in pharmaceutical analysis or in use of liquid chromatography HPLC, will be considered as an additional asset
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Proficient in the English and Greek language with excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ποιες δεξιότητες είναι απαραίτητες για να κάνεις αυτή την δουλειά;
- Απόφοιτος Τεχνικής Σχολής στον κλάδο Μηχανολογίας στην κατεύθυνση Μηχανικής αυτοκινήτων ή άλλων σχετικών προσόντων
- Πολύ καλή γνώση στην εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων συντήρησης καθώς και στην επισκευή και επιδιόρθωση μηχανημάτων
- Εμπειρία στην επίλυση τεχνικών προβλημάτων
- Γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σου;
- Εκπόνηση και υλοποίηση προγραμμάτων προληπτικής συντήρησης
- Υπεύθυνος για την συντήρηση των μηχανήματων παραγωγής , συσκευασίας και βοηθητικών εγκαταστάσεων
- Επίλυση προβλημάτων που προκύπτουν κατά τη λειτουργία των μηχανών (βλάβες, ρυθμίσεις κλπ)

- Κάτοχος πτυχίου Μηχανολόγου Μηχανικού, Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού, Ηλεκτρονικού Μηχανικού
- Προηγούμενη πείρα στην φαρμακοβιομηχανία θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
- Καλή γνώση της Αγγλική γλώσσας

What does it take to do the job?
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent business qualification/experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Demonstrated experience combining pharmaceutical knowledge with business improvement, cost optimisation and operational excellence.
- Proven ability to develop, quantify and present business cases, including financial benefits, savings, ROI and implementation considerations.
- Strong analytical capability and advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including data analysis, modelling and reporting.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, process improvement, Lean/Six Sigma or project management is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of GMP and pharmaceutical quality requirements.
- Strong communication, stakeholder-management and presentation skills.

We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Travel Assistant to join our Travel Department in our offices in Limassol.
What the job looks like?

Book, arrange and coordinate flights, hotels, car rentals and transfers for employees and associates.

Prepare and update itineraries, booking records and travel communications.

Process booking changes, cancellations, and refunds in coordination with Travel and service providers.

Assist with collecting travel documentation and sharing information on travel documents and insurance, referring queries for guidance when needed.

Support invoice administration by checking invoices against quotations and bookings and flagging discrepancies.
-
Follow up with travelers and suppliers and help keep travel requests and records organized.

Handle personal and company information discreetly and confidentially and follow company travel policies and procedures.

Assist with urgent travel issues outside normal working hours as part of an agreed rotational support arrangement.
What does it take to do the job?

A qualification in Travel and Tourism, knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus, or familiarity with hotel booking platforms is an advantage
-
Previous experience in travel, administration or customer service is an advantage

Fluent Greek and English, with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Clear communication skills and the ability to work well with colleagues, travelers, and suppliers.

Reliability, attention to detail and good organizational and time management skills.
