We are looking for a Software Support Officer, who combines technical expertise, operational excellence, and customer-centric thinking. Your Impact

 

As member of the Software Support Unit, you will ensure seamless product delivery, have responsibility for support operations, and support our client onboarding and software support ecosystem.

 

What your week will look like:

 

  • Operational: Managing day-to-day client software support operations, ensuring consistent service quality, performance, and coverage.
  • Client Delivery Excellence: Coordinating client delivery projects across Sales, Product, Advisory, and technical teams.
  • Support Strategy & Execution: Implementation of triage and resolution procedures for requests, depending on the severity of each incident.
  • Client Onboarding: Driving onboarding activities, including product setup, configuration, and initial client training.
  • Technical Advisory: Guiding clients on API integrations, implementations, and best practices.
  • Data-Driven Support: Analyzing data and operational metrics to improve service performance and proactively resolve issues.
  • Customer Advocacy: Acting as the Voice of the Customer, translating technical feedback into product and process enhancements.

 

Who You Are

 

You are a technically skilled person who balances problem-solving precision with strong communication.

 

  • Proven experience in software support, client delivery, or service operations roles.
  • Strong customer-focused mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Experience with ticketing systems and support operations (e.g., JIRA or similar tools).
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, integrations, REST services, and JSON structures will be considered an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including working with Excel and CSV data.
  • Basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML and web forms.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Fluency in English; Greek is a strong advantage.

Your Impact

 

As the new Marketing Executive of the Group, you will be the «player» who will work closely with the Marketing Manager, and you will support the planning, coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the Group.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Execute integrated marketing campaigns and product launches.
  • Support campaign planning, implementation, and performance reporting.
  • Create content for digital and print marketing channels.
  • Prepare presentations and marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.
  • Manage website content and support SEO.
  • Coordinate email marketing and marketing automation.
  • Monitor website and campaign performance.
  • Plan, schedule, and manage social media content.
  • Monitor engagement and support content strategy.
  • Coordinate events, webinars, exhibitions, and sponsorships.
  • Manage event logistics, suppliers, and promotional activities.
  • Maintain CRM data and campaign leads.
  • Support lead nurturing and sales follow-up activities.
  • Research market trends, competitors, and customer insights.
  • Identify opportunities to support marketing growth.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all channels.
  • Coordinate marketing collateral and branded materials.

Who You Are

 

You are a high-energy professional, with experience in corporate environment, and:

 

You’ve proven marketing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (Greek is an advantage).

You have a positive attitude and team spirit, high attention to detail and you are proactive and willing to learn new tools.

You have a creative mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field.

Additionally, your experience with some or all of the following is a good advantage:

 

          Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, LinkedIn and social media management tools, Google Analytics and Google Search Console, Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite, AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude.
