Leonardo Hotels & Resorts Mediterranean is now recruiting for a Groups & Mice Coordinator based in Limassol - GrandResort
Duties & Responsibilities
- Report to Sales & Marketing Director
- Liaising with the Group Manager, Yield & Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, General Managers & F&B Managers of all hotels
- Building relationships with local and abroad Travel partners – relating Groups/MICE
- Maintain partners database and expand.
- Promoting our hotels locally & abroad relating to Groups/MICE business
- Attending Travel fairs, events & trade shows locally & abroad relating to Groups/MICE business
- Create rates, packages, promotions.
- Create content & marketing materials.
- Groups – handling availability, quotations, follow up. Close co-operation with the operation of the hotel for conference facilities, F&B outlets, events, all relating to a potential group
- Visits to DMC’s, Corporate business building brand awareness and positioning
Requirements
- Industry Knowledge
- Strong organizational skills to handle group inquiries, quotations, and coordination with hotel operations.
