                              • Managing the web content and the technical maintenance of kpmg.com.cy, the intranet and the KPMG Social Media environment (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube) as well as E-Mail Marketing and Corporate Mobile App
                              • Displaying marketing – coordinating the creation and promotion of digital banners in several media (according to contracts)
                              • Maintaining a CRM system which addresses KPMG’s evolving needs
                              • Ensuring regular & thorough online monitoring of competition

                              The Individual:
                              • Bachelor’s degree in the area of Marketing, Media and Communication, Business Administration or a relevant discipline will be considered an advantage.
                              • Relevant professional experience in a marketing department, preferably as a Digital media executive.
                              • Experience in acting as a liaison among several work groups and departments.
                              • Deep understanding of Google Analytics, Adwords, and other web analytics tools.
                              • Adaptability and flexibility to change, ability to project manage efficiently with good attention to detail.

                                The Role:
                                We are currently looking to recruit an in-house Legal Advisor for our Nicosia offices. The successful candidate will be a member of KPMG’s International Tax and Corporate Services department providing comprehensive legal support for wide variety of corporate and commercial issues. More specifically, our Corporate Advisory Services include corporate and commercial, financial services, capital markets, EU Competition and Regulatory and Private Client Services. Our client base includes a wide range of business sectors, ranging in size from owner-managed businesses to big public and multi-national organizations. Many of our clients are subsidiaries of overseas companies giving our work a truly international perspective.


                                The Responsibilities:
                                • Reviewing, preparing or/and assisting with the preparation of corporate documentation including contracts and agreements.
                                • Reviewing Real Estate Contracts and relevant processes
                                • Assisting with the structuring and registration of Investment Funds and Cyprus Investment Firms (CIF’s).
                                • Executing or/and assisting with Immigration Services agreements (Cyprus Citizenship by Investment Scheme).
                                • Reviewing and providing FATCA/CRS classifications for client firms.
                                • Liaising with external Legal Firms and regulatory authorities (where required).


                                The Individual:
                                • Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Law.
                                • At least three years of working experience in corporate and commercial law.
                                • Very good working knowledge of the Cyprus Corporate Law.
                                • Knowledge of the Cyprus Investment Firms Law and relevant Directives will be considered an advantage.
                                • Some FATCA/CRS knowledge.
                                • Some knowledge of the Cyprus Citizenship by Investment Scheme.
                                • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English languages.
                                • Computer literacy.
                                • Ability to work under tight deadlines.
                                • Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
