The candidate will be responsible to ensure that all warranty claims submitted by dealer networks comply with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and technical standards, minimizing financial risk to the importer while maintaining fair and timely warranty reimbursement.

• Provide daily technical and warranty support to workshops, including special repair cases and requests for official service solutions, campaigns, recalls, and manufacturer statements.

• Review, process, and approve warranty claims in collaboration with the respective brands and manufacturer systems.

• Prepare, analyse, and submit warranty statistics and performance reports as requested by the manufacturers.

Ρόλος και Ευθύνες

1. Φροντίδα για την αξιόπιστη, ασφαλή και σωστή παράδοση των οχημάτων στον Team Leader για να καταλήξει στον πελάτη διαμέσου του Τεχνικού Συμβούλου.
2. Αναγνώριση και επιδιόρθωση μηχανικών και μη προβλημάτων με τη χρήση διαγνωστικού εξοπλισμού και εγχειριδίων, βάση των εργοστασιακών προδιαγραφών.
3. Ετοιμασία τεχνικών εκθέσεων που θα περιλαμβάνουν μια λεπτομερή περιγραφή όλων των εργασιών που πραγματοποιήθηκαν.
4. Σωστή επιλογή των εργαλείων, συσκευών ανάλογα με τις ανάγκες της εργασίας και συντήρηση αυτών.
5. Σωστή χρήση των εγχειριδίων συντήρησης και επισκευών του οχήματος.
6. Διάγνωση και επιδιόρθωση μηχανικών και ηλεκτρικών δυσλειτουργιών σε εύλογο χρονικό διάστημα.
7. Υπεύθυνη και αιτιολογημένη δημιουργία προτάσεων επισκευής με βάση την ασφαλή λειτουργία του οχήματος.
8. Ποιοτικός έλεγχος του τελικού προϊόντος της επισκευής.
9. Διατήρηση έγκαιρης και οργανωμένης επικοινωνίας με την Διεύθυνση ή το κατασκευαστή για τεχνικά θέματα όταν και εφόσον απαιτείται.

Εμπειρία, κατάρτιση & εκπαίδευση που απαιτούνται:

1. Ακαδημαϊκή κατάρτιση στο τομέα της Μηχανολογίας ή της Μηχανικής Αυτοκινήτων.
2. Εργασιακή εμπειρία τουλάχιστον πέντε χρόνων στο τομέα της αυτοκίνησης.
3. Βασικές δεξιότητες πληροφορικής και γνώσεις στη χρήση διαγνωστικών προγραμμάτων συντήρησης και επιδιόρθωσης οχημάτων.
