Job Summary:
We are looking to recruit a Warranty Officer for full-time employment based in Nicosia. The candidate will be responsible to ensure that all warranty claims submitted by dealer networks comply with manufacturer warranty policies, procedures, and technical standards, minimizing financial risk to the importer while maintaining fair and timely warranty reimbursement.
Other main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical and warranty support to workshops, including special repair cases and requests for official service solutions, campaigns, recalls, and manufacturer statements.
- Monitor, coordinate, and support warranty audits in accordance with manufacturer specifications and requirements.
- Review, process, and approve warranty claims in collaboration with the respective brands and manufacturer systems.
- Communicate effectively with technicians, service advisors, and manufacturer representatives to investigate and resolve warranty-related issues.
- Ensure that all warranty procedures and policies are applied correctly, consistently, and within required timelines.
- Prepare, analyse, and submit warranty statistics and performance reports as requested by the manufacturers.
What You’ll Bring to the Team: We’re seeking someone who combines expertise with drive, personality, and purpose.
· Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
· At least 3 years of prior experience in a similar role (Warranty/Service/Technical Advisor)
· Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Office
· Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and verbal
· Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
· Excellent organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask, take initiative, and meet deadlines
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to perform well under pressure
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
