IT Support Officer

Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently seeking to recruit an IT Support Officer at our office in Nicosia.

Responsibilities:

• Provide 1st/2nd level IT Support to the employees of the organization.
• Serve as the first point of contact for users seeking technical assistance over the phone or email
• Responsible for Asset Management: inventorying, registering, tracking of assets (physical/digital), and performing periodic verifications of inventory across the organization
• Maintain the IT Helpdesk, raise/resolve tickets, escalation to 3rd parties. Provides IT support for desktops, printers, peripherals, telephone systems, and mobile devices
• Deal with all types of customer enquiries via face to face, email, ticketing system and remote over the phone
• Prepare workstations (hardware/software), telephony devices and other equipment for users
• Responsible for the organizing, maintenance and upkeeping of IT offices and storage rooms
• Manage and administer IT equipment including peripherals

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any other relevant background would be preferred
• Minimum two years of prior experience in similar position
• Solid understanding of Microsoft operating systems and the suite of Microsoft Office applications, mobile devices running Android and iOS and computer networking
• Knowledge of AD, DNS, DHCP concepts
• Good knowledge of network switching and concepts
• Ability to work as individually and as part of a team
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to join the Asset Management team at our office in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

• Inspection of properties
• Manage a portfolio of properties and prepare them for sale.
• Plan and deliver business plans for individual properties.
• Review valuations of the properties as part of the business plan preparation.
• On market data analysis
• Recommend asset management strategies, designed to maximise returns and liquidity e.g maintenance actions, refurbishment, letting up and sell income producing asset etc.
• Oversee property managers to implement the business plans according to the approved strategy.
• Monitor and manage project spend against pre-agreed budgets.
• Preparation of Rental agreements
• Liaising with external associates and other experts in the field on a daily basis.
• Price properties for sale and monitor through sales process for any active asset management opportunities to improve liquidity.
• File management and storing sensitive information and Data

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Property Valuations or any other related field
• At least 3 years of previous experience
• Master’s degree would be considered an advantage.
• Member of the Scientific and Technical Chamber Cyprus (ETEK) as Land Valuer would be advantageous but not essential.
• RICS members in Valuation will be considered as an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in sales agency or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language, written and spoken
• Familiarity with all current industry’s regulations, rules, and standards
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to take responsibility and manage workload
• Attention to details
• Strong interpersonal, organization, communication and team working skills
