Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit Property Enforcement Officer at our offices in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- Assess proposals for foreclosure (obtain/review relevant documentation, assess eligibility to proceed based on legislation and Company internal submission criteria)
- Preparation of foreclosure proposal forms
- Prepare reconstructed statements for calculating the demand amount
- Preparation of foreclosure letters in accordance with the legislation and company regulations and policies.
- Co-ordinate and follow up of letters servicing to all designated recipients
- Have close co-operation with the Loan Management Department
- Ensure that the electronic systems are duly updated with all daily activities
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Property Enforcement Manager, based on the current needs of the Unit
- Be updated and implement the regulations/procedures/circulars related to the processes of the department
- Undertake tasks defined by the Enforcement Services Department, in the context of audit, by external consultants or other authorities designated by the Company
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking or any other relevant background
- Two years of prior experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
- Knowledge of banking industry rules and regulations would be considered as an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and writing
- Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
