Responsibilities:
- Researching, analysing and evaluating a variety of real estate investment opportunities.
- Responsible for modelling cash flows of an investment opportunity to determine returns and quantify effects of potential risks.
- Assisting the team with due diligence to understand key value drivers including supply and demand dynamics and site-specific advantages.
- Actively monitoring assets’ financial performance and participating in the asset management process.
- Actively monitoring and compiling industry, market and asset level data and financial information
- Help prepare, monitor and update the Company’s business plan.
- Involvement in the preparation of annual business plans and investor presentations
- Prepare reporting packs for the CEO and the Board of Directors
- Use data analytics tool to provide insightful analysis in order to improve the Real Estate’s performance.
- Participate in the Real Estate initiatives of the Company and their implementation at the Company level
- Launch and project manage ad-hoc projects to improve performance.
- Where applicable, perform due diligence on external opportunities (including managing and working closely with external advisors)
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Data Science, Business, Computing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics or any other relevant background
- Minimum four years of prior experience in a fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI
- Proficiency in using tools such as SAS, SQL or Python will be considered an advantage
- ACA or CFA professional qualification will be considered an advantage
- Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
- Prior experience in Real Estate will be considered an advantage
- Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities
- Excellent project management skills
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and writing
