Land Surveyor
Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit a Land Surveyor at our office in Nicosia.
Responsibilities:
- Provide all necessary information for the preparation of business plans:

- Recommend asset management strategies designed to maximise returns and liquidity e.g. plot division, acquiring access rights for landlocked assets etc.
- Prepare and review distribution agreements both for land and buildings.
- Participate in meetings with associates.
- Preparation of tendering documents
- Manage and coordinate the asset managers in data collection and any other documents from the governmental authorities (e.g. title deeds, permits, drawings).
- Explore merger & acquisition options for adjoining assets with marriage value potential creation and liquidity improvement.
- Work with the Asset Management department, in monitoring and managing ongoing projects (e.g. horizontal and vertical divisions of land etc.).
- Manage, assess, and coordinate external engineers/architects and oversight the implementation of capex programmes (e.g. land division projects, issuing of planning and building permits).
- Work with the sales managers in ensuring all property information for land assets are provided prior to the property or portfolio being prepared for sale.
- Prepare recommendations and exit strategies to ensure portfolio performance is regularly reviewed and maximised.
- Co-ordinate the management and upkeep of property/compliance data within database systems and produce MI to be used in a variety of fund reports.
- Communicate with all appropriate governmental authorities (e.g LRO, EOA, Planning authority, municipalities) for all related aspects for land assets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architectural studies or any other related field
- At least 3 years of previous experience in land’s management
- Registered member of ETEK
- Master’s degree would be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of Ariadni Portal System
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Be open-minded and ability to think out of the box
- Attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, organization, communication and team working skills
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language, written and spoken
