Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit Property Management Officer at our offices in Nicosia. The successful candidate will be reporting to the Property Management Manager.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of properties under management which include residential, commercial and land assets. Duties include:
- Initial inspect properties and report condition, occupation, any risks regarding health and safety or security
- Work closely with the asset managers implementing business plan actions in a timely manner. Actions will include arranging cleaning, maintenance, security, health and safety and refurbishment and instructing surveyors or professional teams where required
- Implement actions with preferred contractors and suppliers
- Ensure regular payments are identified and made for each property including utility bills and tax
- Ensure all properties remain compliant and secure with regular site visits or surveillance
- Manage all aspects of let properties and maintain relationship with tenants
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Real Estate or any other construction related degree
- Experience of maintaining the asset value of the property to enhance, refine and improve its presentation and operating effectiveness
- At least 3 years of previous experience in a Property Management or related field
- Excellent planning and implementation skills
- Knowledge of rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Ability to take responsibility and manage workload
- Excellent command of the Greek and English language, written and spoken
