Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit an Architect at our office in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site visits to identify any discrepancies or illegalities in relation to approved permit drawings.
  • Liaise with relevant authorities, including Planning Departments and Municipalities, to follow up on and expedite the issuance of permits.
  • Collaborate and coordinate with external consultants throughout project phases.
  • Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality, innovative, and functional design solutions.
  • Facilitate the removal of prohibitions and restrictions from title deeds and oversee the legalisation process of assets.
  • Visit properties and define the proposed scope of works in coordination with the Asset Management Team.
  • Prepare detailed drawings and technical specifications in accordance with the agreed scope of works.
  • Monitor ongoing construction works, ensuring adherence to approved budgets and timelines.
  • Ensure all works comply with relevant standards, building codes, regulatory guidelines, and safety regulations.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or any other related field
  • At least 5 years of previous experience
  • Master’s degree would be considered an advantage
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Newforma etc.
  • Strong creative and visualization skills
  • Be open-minded and ability to think out of the box
  • Deep knowledge of the building codes and the current industry’s regulations, rules, and standards
  • Ability to take responsibility and manage workload
  • Strong interpersonal, organization, communication and team working skills
  • Excellent command of the Greek and English language, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Active engagement with potential buyers, identifying their needs, register interest levels for the sale of properties.
  • Determine potential buyers’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions.
  • Coordinate with interested parties to ensure effective organization of appointments
  • Follow up with potential buyers by implementing Company’s policy (timely submission of the feedback and maintain updated records)
  • Preparing and understanding necessary paperwork (brochures, contracts, leases, deeds etc)
  • Have a deep understanding of the assets being promoted on a technical and legal level
  • Maintain close relationships with real estate agents and contribute to expansion of the Company’s sale’s channel network

Requirements:

We are a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit Loan Asset Management Officer at our offices in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Handling of assigned customer groups and providing service to borrowers as to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations.
  • Research/collect information and update/monitor actions and customer data. Be responsible to maintain updated data at all times.
  • Analyse financial statements, assessthe financial condition of debtors and drawconclusions about the possibility of a restructuring/settlement agreement and prospects of debt recovery.
  • Suggest optimum solutions based on financial analysis
  • Arrange meetings with clients, lawyers, accountants and intermediaries, negotiate solutions for restructuring/settlement of facilities
  • Negotiate with clients, lawyers, accountants and intermediaries in a timely manner the terms of settlement /recovery strategies in order to reach a final agreement.
  • Maintain communication channels with Approving Authorities, other Company functions, valuation offices, law firms and client consultants, as to achieve consensual solutions or progress collection measures.
  • Monitor restructured facilities and compliance with the terms of agreements
  • Monitor and coordinate the process of issuing court decisions in cooperation with Court Officers and Lawyers. Give instructions to lawyers about the initiation of collection measures as per available Laws.
  • Guide and support Assistant Officers in setting priorities, collecting data and preparing assigned requests/
  • Maintain communication with customers, solve problems and handle complaints, in order to maintain the quality of service according to Company standards.
  • Be informed, comply with, and implement the "Debt Management Directive" of the Central Bank of Cyprus, the Regulatory Compliance instructions, the Security Regulations, as well as the various Circulars, Instructions and Procedures of the Company.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking or any other relevant background
  • Minimum of two years of prior experience in a similar position
  • Previous experience of banking software would be considered as an advantage
  • Ability to manage a high volume of calls, efficiently and professionally
  • Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities
  • Ability to work individually and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and writing
  • Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Loan Asset Management Officer by:
    • Responding to daily customer requests
    • Updating customer details and tracking / verifying information
    • Recording of customers' financial statements in the appropriate software
    • Recording of customer data/balances in Gap Statement
    • Update and monitoring actions related to handling of customers through Qualco system
    • Preparation of the necessary supporting documents submission of Credit Proposal to Approving Authorities
    • Cooperation and support of Court/Legal Officers for the defence of Company claims in Court
    • Submitting requests for real estate valuations and monitoring the related progress
    • Carrying out land registry, Artemis and other searches
    • Preparation of proposals/memos through Qualco system
    • Preparation of reconstructed account statements through Pansophic
    • Ensuring the receipt of signatures by customers for settlement contracts/agreements
    • Completion of the necessary procedural actions required for the execution of decision, issuance of court decisions and execution of judicial measures
    • Checking the correctness of summons and court decisions
  • Maintain communication with clients and/or their representatives and/or external consultants, solve problems and handle complaints in order to smoothly conduct immediate and effective service
