Responsibilities:

Supervise the operations of the Property Enforcement Unit to ensure foreclosure proceedings comply with legislative frameworks and the Company’s approved policies.
Review and approve new foreclosure proposals based on the internal approving limits.
Incorporate legislative amendments affecting the foreclosure process into the Company’s procedures, policies, and systems.
Collaborate closely with the Loan Asset Management Units (LAM) on case handling and provide technical support as needed.
Continuously monitor the performance of external vendors providing foreclosure services to the Company.
Support internal and external teams in managing complex cases.
Achieve the yearly targets set for the Unit and ensure accountability for performance outcomes.
Review and approve invoices submitted by external associates for services rendered
Review and sign foreclosure letters prepared by external associates.
Liaise with external Vendors to resolve arising issues promptly
Present proposals related to Unit functions to the relevant committees and deliver presentations as required.
Act as the primary liaison for foreclosure issues with external entities such as the Central Bank and ACB E-Auctions.
Ensure that the designated reports on the status of the foreclosure process, are timely delivered to the various stakeholders, including any regulatory reports to the Central Bank.
Work closely with the Legal Department and external legal advisors to analyze the impact of new legislation and provide legal opinions on significant issues affecting the foreclosure process.
Participate in regular and ad hoc committees as recommended by the Head the department and approved by the Company’s Executive Committee.
Manage risks related to Unit operations and ensure incidents are reported timely and accurately in line with Company policies.
Oversee the handling of foreclosure-related legal matters (e.g., application appeals) in collaboration with external legal associates and LAM Units to safeguard the Company’s interests.
Stay updated on and implement regulations, procedures, and circulars relevant to the Unit’s operations.

Requirements:

A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University in the areas of Business, Economics, Finance or Banking.
At least 10 years of experience in the banking sector and specifically, in the area of credit / lending.
At least 10 years of managerial experience with teams
Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities.
Excellent multitasking abilities.
Any prior experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken.

Prepare social media marketing campaigns based on the business objectives
Create and monitor advertisements on various platform based on the business vision
Ensure that the website, promotional material, marketing campaign strategy are appropriately updated
Prepare yearly marketing budget and monitor it monthly
Liaise with vendors to coordinate on strategy and oversee running initiatives
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Analyze consumer behavior and determine customer characteristics
Create monthly reports on marketing performance, such as views on properties on the marketplace, etc.
