Themis Portfolio Management Limited (using Altia as the registered trademark) is currently growing and is seeking to recruit Real Estate Sales Agent at Limassol and Paphos offices.

Responsibilities:

• Active engagement with potential buyers and identifying their needs with the aim of  selling  of properties.
• Determine potential buyers’ needs and financials abilities to propose solutions.
• Coordinate with interested parties to ensure effective organization of appointments
• Follow up with potential buyers by implementing Company’s policy (timely submission of the feedback and maintain updated records)
• Understanding necessary paperwork (brochures, contracts, leases, deeds, etc)
• Have a deep understanding of the assets being promoted on a technical and legal level
• Maintain close relationships with real estate agents and contribute to expansion of the Company’s sale’s channel network
• Ensure the achievement of the sales targets
• Prepare detailed analysis and relevant recommendations for offers received
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets trends and best practices

 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field will be considered an advantage
• At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales oriented high pace environment
• Understanding of the property market and key players
• Impeccable integrity and ethical standards
• Attention to details
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Strong organization and good administration skills
• Excellent command of the Greek and English language, written and spoken

Themis Portfolio Management Ltd is a specialized servicer of non-performing loans. The company is currently growing and is seeking to recruit Property Enforcement Officer at our offices in Nicosia.

 

Responsibilities:

• Assess proposals for foreclosure (obtain/review relevant documentation, assess eligibility to proceed based on legislation and Company internal submission criteria)
• Preparation of foreclosure proposal forms
• Prepare reconstructed statements for calculating the demand amount
• Preparation of foreclosure letters in accordance with the legislation and company regulations and policies.
• Co-ordinate and follow up of letters servicing to all designated recipients
• Have close co-operation with the Loan Management Department
• Ensure that the electronic systems are duly updated with all daily activities
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Property Enforcement Manager, based on the current needs of the Unit
• Be updated and implement the regulations/procedures/circulars related to the processes of the department
• Undertake tasks defined by the Enforcement Services Department, in the context of audit, by external consultants or other authorities designated by the Company

 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Banking or any other relevant background
• Two years of prior experience in a similar position would be considered as an advantage
• Knowledge of banking industry rules and regulations would be considered as an advantage
• Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work individually and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and writing
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken
