Responsibilities:

• Researching, analysing and evaluating a variety of real estate investment opportunities.
• Responsible for modelling cash flows of an investment opportunity to determine returns and quantify effects of potential risks.
• Assisting the team with due diligence to understand key value drivers including supply and demand dynamics and site-specific advantages.
• Actively monitoring assets’ financial performance and participating in the asset management process.
• Actively monitoring and compiling industry, market and asset level data and financial information
• Help prepare, monitor and update the Company’s business plan.
• Involvement in the preparation of annual business plans and investor presentations
• Prepare reporting packs for the CEO and the Board of Directors
• Use data analytics tool to provide insightful analysis in order to improve the Real Estate’s performance.
• Participate in the Real Estate initiatives of the Company and their implementation at the Company level
• Launch and project manage ad-hoc projects to improve performance.
• Where applicable, perform due diligence on external opportunities (including managing and working closely with external advisors)

 

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Data Science, Business, Computing, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics or Statistics or any other relevant background
• Minimum four years of prior experience in a fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in using data visualization tools such as PowerBI
• Proficiency in using tools such as SAS, SQL or Python will be considered an advantage
• ACA or CFA professional qualification will be considered an advantage
• Advanced proficiency in MS PowerPoint and Excel
• Prior experience in Real Estate will be considered an advantage
• Strong commercial awareness, ability to work well under pressure and efficiently manage time and priorities
• Excellent project management skills
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and writing
• Fluency in both Greek and English, written and spoken

Responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of legal cases.

Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of properties under management which include residential, commercial and land assets. Duties include:

• Initial inspect properties and report condition, occupation, any risks regarding health and safety or security
• Work closely with the asset managers implementing business plan actions in a timely manner. Actions will include arranging cleaning, maintenance, security, health and safety and refurbishment and instructing surveyors or professional teams where required
• Implement actions with preferred contractors and suppliers
• Ensure regular payments are identified and made for each property including utility bills and tax
• Ensure all properties remain compliant and secure with regular site visits or surveillance

• RICS members in Valuation will be considered as an advantage but not essential.
• Experience in sales agency or construction industry would be advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities:

• Complaint management and handling
• Review and register all complaints received
• Assign criticality ratings to received complaints, in line with approved Policy provisions
• Manage the communication process between the complainant and Themis
• Monitor and manage progress of complaints handling and follow up provision of responses within Policy-set deadlines
• Escalate critical Complaints to the Head of the Department
• Prepare and submit regulatory and internally-focused complaints handling and status reports to management for review and approval
• Review and approve transactions in relation to REOs sales, NPL and Foreclosures sales
• Identify and report suspicious/ unusual transactions
• Post-transaction monitoring through an automated AML system
• Assist in quarterly and yearly reports
• Maintain and revises other policies and procedures

 

 Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Economics, or any other relevant background
• Two years of prior experience in a fast-paced environment
• Good understanding and knowledge of the Company’s (i.e. the Servicer’s) processes and procedures across NPL, REO and Legal Measures / Foreclosures

• Assess proposals for foreclosure (obtain/review relevant documentation, assess eligibility to proceed based on legislation and Company internal submission criteria)
• Preparation of foreclosure proposal forms
• Prepare reconstructed statements for calculating the demand amount
• Preparation of foreclosure letters in accordance with the legislation and company regulations and policies.
• Co-ordinate and follow up of letters servicing to all designated recipients
• Have close co-operation with the Loan Management Department
• Ensure that the electronic systems are duly updated with all daily activities
• Undertake any other tasks assigned by the Property Enforcement Manager, based on the current needs of the Unit
• Be updated and implement the regulations/procedures/circulars related to the processes of the department
