- Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, FRM, CFA, or similar certifications are advantageous.
- Personal Attributes: A highly motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The ability to take initiative, solve problems, and deliver results is essential.
