Job Summary: The Information Security Officer (ISO) will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing a comprehensive information security program. Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information security, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Framework Knowledge: Proficiency in common information security management frameworks (e.g., ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, COBIT).
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of network security, access control, encryption, and data protection technologies.
- Tools & Technologies: Experience with security tools such as Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems (IDS/IPS), and vulnerability scanning solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate security and risk-related concepts to technical and nontechnical audiences.

Successful candidates will report to a TP Senior Manager and will work closely with the rest of the team to provide a wide range of transfer pricing compliance and international tax advisory services to a large portfolio of clients across all sectors of business in Cyprus and beyond.
The responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Establishing effective working relationships with colleagues and clients.
- Contributing to the development of personal and team knowledge.
- Performing impact assessments and thorough transfer pricing analyses (‘TP’) for intercompany transactions to ensure compliance with applicable TP regulations and arm's length principle.
- Conducting economic and functional analyses to document intercompany transactions.
- Preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation, including local country reports and master files, in accordance with relevant tax laws and guidelines.
- Collaborating with the outsourcing, audit and tax teams to establish and implement transfer pricing policies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Monitoring and assessing transfer pricing risks for clients and recommends appropriate risk mitigation strategies.
Skills / Requirements:
- ACA/ACCA professional qualification will be considered as an advantage.
- Good knowledge of the “Cyprus Income Tax” legislation and the main principles of “International Tax Law”.
- Team player and flexible to work on various types of assignments both independently and in a team.
