    The Role: Our Business Consulting team is growing, and we are looking for additional people at the Consultant level. As a consultant within the team, you will play an active role in the delivery of business transformation and ERP implementation projects. You will support project coordination, functional analysis, UAT execution, user training and the preparation of high-quality project deliverables.

    You will apply your understanding of business processes and system functionality to help clients validate ERP solutions, identify gaps, document issues and support successful implementation outcomes.

     Your Responsibilities will include:

    ·        Supporting the project management of multiple parallel ERP implementation projects, including tracking progress, milestones, open actions and risks across different client sites.

    ·        Assisting in ERP implementation activities, including business requirements analysis, functional configuration support, solution validation and deployment preparation.

    ·        Contributing to the delivery of ERP end-user training, including preparation of training material, user guides and support during onboarding.

    ·        Designing UAT test scenarios based on business requirements, process understanding and expected system outcomes.

    ·        Executing UAT test scenarios, documenting results and maintaining structured UAT testing registers.

    ·        Documenting, tracking and following up defects/tickets with contractors and client stakeholders.

    ·        Supporting the functional review of business requirements, system configuration and delivered functionality against agreed expectations.

    ·        Performing data and report verification, including checking system outputs, identifying inconsistencies and supporting reconciliation work where required.

    ·        Preparing formal Greek and English project documentation, progress reports, training material, UAT reports and issue trackers.

    ·        Communicating effectively with internal teams, clients and external contractors to follow up on actions and support project delivery.

     Skills and Attributes:

    ·        2–3 years of relevant experience in business consulting, ERP implementation, project support, software testing, finance transformation or a related field.

    ·        Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics or another quantitative / IT-related discipline. A master’s degree will be considered an advantage.

    ·        Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

    ·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Greek and English, including the ability to draft professional correspondence and formal documentation in Greek.

    ·        Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues independently and propose practical solutions.

    ·        Reviewing data outputs, reconciliations and system reports to identify inconsistencies, risks and areas requiring further investigation.

    ·        Preparing and reviewing formal project documentation, progress reports, training material, UAT reports and client deliverables in Greek and English.

    ·        Supporting project planning, stakeholder communication and the preparation of structured status updates for internal and external stakeholders.

          • CYSEC regulatory and compliance requirements for CIFs.

          Qualifications, Skills and Attributes for Success

          • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant area (electrical or mechanical engineering, energy management, environmental, economics)
          • Up to 3 years of experience (early graduates in the respective fields are encouraged to apply if they have a real interest in these sectors)
          • Exposure to, or interest in energy, renewable energy, or sustainability sectors will be considered a significant advantage 
          •  Qualifications as Energy Auditor will be considered a significant advantage
          • Basic understanding of energy systems, environmental technologies, or waste management is highly desirable
          • Basic knowledge of electricity and/or gas regulation and policies at national and EU level
          • Prior experience in electricity or gas TSO, DSO or utility will be considered as an advantage
          • Knowledge of EU Taxonomy & Environmental Impact Assessments will be considered as an advantage
