Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- To sell and promote Aphrodite Hills Rentals, villas, and apartments.
- Representing Aphrodite Hills Resort at B2C & B2B event abroad.
- Generate Sales Leads and maintain existing partnerships with Tour Operators, Travel Agencies, DMC’s, Airlines, commercial partners etc. Activities include Sales Calls, Fam Trips.
- Support and provide content for any sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing.
- Representing our company with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings and working closely with other departments.
- To monitor sales production and adjust sales activities, account coverage and sales priorities as necessary to achieve plan goals.
- Analyze local and overseas markets trends for potential clients and business associates, assess competitors’ activities for new business leads.
- Produce monthly reports and sales forecasts to analyse current/potential market and sales trends.
- Create and implement sales plans that drive measurable incremental occupancies, increase average rates, and increase volume of all business operations.

Requirements and Qualifications:
- 5 years minimum of relevant work experience
- University Degree in Business, Sales or other related field will be considered as advantage
- Ability to travel for work purposes.
- Capable of working under own initiative but also be a good team player.
- Approachable with excellent people skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and flexibility to adapt changing work demands.
- Fluency in English language both written and oral.

- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and the competitive landscape.
- Manage and promote property listings, including conducting property viewings.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales, handle necessary paperwork, and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Support sales campaigns in cooperation with marketing
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional materials that attract potential buyers.

- Proven experience in real estate.

- Supervisor in our national and international tournaments
Requirements and Qualifications:
- ITF level 1 or equivalent
- Padel Tennis coaching diploma would be an advantage
- English speaking is a must
- Speaking Russian would be an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Be responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of the Tennis Academy grounds
