Key Duties/Responsibilities

• Meeting and greeting all clients entering the Golf Reception in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the input of last-minute golf reservations via the reservations systems
• Stay up to date with the latest rates, procedures, and special offers.
• Assist in upselling to the local market.
• Answer all phone lines into the Golf Reception using a phone managing software in a timely manner.
• Updating and maintaining the retail stock displays and stores.
• Assisting clients with retail items, retail sales and upselling the products.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Excellent knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
• Greek and Russian would also be beneficial.
• Some knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of the team.

Responsibilities: 

• Meet and greet guests.
• Escorting guests to their accommodation property and explain all the essential information.
• Provide customers with quotes and product knowledge.
• Respond to internal and external enquiries via email, phone and face-to-face
• Manage customers order entries.
• Maintain a database that comprises customers’ details, reservation dates, and other essential information.
• Manage and update guests and Tour Operator bills
• Perform general administration tasks.
• Works closely with all members in Front Desk and other departments. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

• At least 2 years’ experience in a customer service position
• Excellent Communication skills
• Knowledge of MS office software(Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Excellent knowledge of English language (Russian or any other language will be considered as an advantage).

VACANCY: Sales Office Administrator (Full Time / Part Time)

Aphrodite Hills Resort, Europe’s multi-awarded destination and one of the must-visit resorts in Europe, is looking for a Sales Office Administrator to join the Aphrodite Hills Resort Sales Team. 

Key Duties/Responsibilities: 

• General day-to-day sales office co-ordination and administrative tasks.
• One of the points of contact for all sales activities relating to Holiday Rentals/Sports.
• Work closely with all internal and external collaborators to achieve maximum exposure and assist to co-ordinate all in-house and external sales efforts.
• Respond to any internal or external sales enquiries via telephone or email.
• Assist sales department colleagues whenever necessary
• Maintain and update office records, databases and files
• Liaise between other departments of the resort and partners to provide any sales related assistance, information, and service in a timely manner.
• Assisting with any press, travel agent or tour operator visits on resort.
• Work with Marketing team for the preparation of Holiday Rentals/Sports content to increase sales.
• Assist in any marketing activities i.e.photo-shooting, video creation, imagery distribution and marketing collateral. 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

• Prior experience in an administrative or sales role
• Academic background related to sales and tourism will be considered as advantage
• Excellent knowledge of English both written and spoken.
• Work individually as well as within a team
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills  
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (work, excel, outlook)
• Good knowledge and understanding of social media channels
• Previous experience in hospitality/ tourism will be considered as advantage
