Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain the bookkeeping and accounting records and ensure they are up to date
  • Contact point for accounts queries within area of responsibility
  • Assist with analysis of actual cost for budget and forecast process
  • Maintain and reconcile balance sheet and general ledger accounts (banks, intercompany, suppliers, customers etc)
  • Prepare bank payments and deposits
  • Provide ad hoc reports and analysis as requested
  • Ensure that all pending credit invoices are paid in a timely manner
  • Assist in invoicing, cash collection and depositing in related banks
  • Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all accounting deadlines

 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 2-3 years working experience in a similar position
  • Experience in data processing, supplier reconciliations, query resolution.
  • Able to monitor and manage workload, especially around month end, to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of Navision would be an advantage.
  • Basic excel skills.
  • Accounting Degree/Diploma/LCCI Higher.
  • ACCA trainee or ACCA qualified will be considered an advantage.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken, is required.

Job Summary:

The role of Junior Mechanic will focus on maintaining the cleanliness and performing preventative maintenance on the Club Car fleet. Assisting the Head Mechanic and Senior Mechanic on golf course machinery and equipment when required and occasionally supporting the golf course maintenance team with projects.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Clean the exterior and interior of Club Cars daily
  • Inspect carts for damage and report issues to the Head Mechanic
  • Perform simple preventative maintenance tasks
  • Keep the cart storage area clean and organised
  • Assist Head Mechanic and Senior Mechanic with machinery repairs and servicing
  • Refill fuel, oil, or fluids under supervision
  • Follow safety procedures and wear correct PPE
  • On occasion, help the golf course team with basic tasks (e.g., renovations, pruning)
  • Report supply shortages such as first aid items and PPE.
  • Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to safety regulations and standards.

 

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Basic understanding of mechanics

Job Summary:

The Reservations Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of the reservations team, ensuring the accurate recording and processing of all reservations, and maximizing revenue through booking or up selling, cross selling processes.

This role involves managing a team and conducting audits to uphold departmental standards.

Reservations Manager will manage schedules, training plans, maintaining tee & room availability and resolving escalated issues. The manager will actively liaise with guests, contracted partners and resort operations teams to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest service.

 

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the reservations team, ensuring established procedures are adhered to and high standards of customer service.
  • Create, manage, and adjust work schedules to ensure adequate coverage for departmental operating days/ times
  • Facilitate regular team meetings to share updates, address challenges, and provide feedback on performance and departmental goals.
  • Prepare training & development plans & conduct the training of reservation team members, ensuring comprehensive knowledge of all resort reservation systems, facilities and procedures relating to the scope of their work.
  • Receives contract rates and inputs the data in relevant PMS systems (rates, allotments, expiry date, GDS codes, Debtor numbers etc.)
  • Enters all reservations for Golf, Sports, Hotel, Rentals, Practice Facilities and review reservation entries daily to ensure booking are entered correctly
  • Daily check of blocks in the system and provide a weekly report of upcoming allotment blocks (for the next 3 months) with suggested actions
  • Attends to enquiries, assists with complaints and requests regarding reservations
  • Maintains a correct filing system and archive for all correspondence.

 

Requirements and Qualifications: 

  • Working experience of at least 2-3 years at a similar managerial position.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Team leadership and training skills

Job Summary:

The Social Media & Marketing Communications Executive will play a vital role in executing Resort-level communications. This role will focus on driving consumer awareness, increasing market share, and supporting brand-building efforts. A key aspect of this role will involve promoting the Resort’s Food and Beverage offerings to guests, permanent residents, and local clients, while supporting the owners' vision of transforming the Resort into a year-round, multi-cultural Events Venue, catering to diverse customer segments.

 

Core Work Activities:

Resort Marketing and Advertising

  • Supports in building and executing the annual marketing plan to budget, in consultation with Resort GM, and Resort Element Managers, and revenue-driven campaigns.
  • Collaborates with Wavemaker Hospitality (WHM) Marketing Department and advertising agencies to execute tactical campaigns aligned with overall Resort promotions for digital and tactical marketing.
  • Maintains frequent, active engagement with the responsible SEO / SEM specialist to ensure alignment, performance evaluation, and two-way communication about online initiatives.

Social Media Content Management

  • Facilitates (and manages) social media engagement and directs the updating of content by WMH responsible person, in local digital channels (e.g., hotel social media pages, website, review sites).
  • Develops and executes Resort promotions campaigns and content (re: F&B, weddings, spa, hotel, sports, conferences and real estate) through relevant digital and social media channels.

Public Relations and Visual Asset Management

  • Executes the PR plan along with the assigned agency (if applicable) and WMH.
  • Supports in managing local media contracts, including bloggers and other media.
  • Manages the execution of Resort-sponsored events, community/government relations activities, and press promotional activities.
  • Supports the co-ordination of photography for advertising, collateral and PR purposes. 

Direct Marketing and Collateral Development

  • Manages and controls quantity and inventory of all Resort marketing collateral, signage and displays.
  • Uploads and manages website content using WordPress, ensuring brand alignment.

 General 

  • Writes and edits content in both Greek and English, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with brand standards.
  • Traveling abroad for exhibitions or participating in resort events, as required.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of previous experience in social media, marketing or communications is required.

  • Identify and recommend new products, services, or features that could enhance the hotel/resort’s sports offerings and attract new clients.
  • Work closely with other sales and operations teams to coordinate efforts and ensure smooth service delivery for clients.
  • Provide feedback to other departments on client preferences and areas for improvement.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, ideally within the hospitality, sports, or event management industries.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse clients.
  • Knowledge of the sports (mainly Golf) and leisure industry, as well as the ability to identify emerging trends.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Flexible and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.

ΚΑΘΗΚΟΝΤΑ :

  • Να χειρίζεται και να επιλύει θέματα τεχνικής φύσεως σχετικά με τις ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές υπηρεσίες υφιστάμενων Κτιρίων.
  • Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση συστημάτων κλιματισμού
  • Εγκατάσταση και συντήρηση συστημάτων θέρμανσης
  • Να δύναται να ανταποκριθεί με ταχύτητα και αποτελεσματικότητα σε θέματα τεχνικής φύσεως
  • Θα πρέπει να μεταφέρει τα αποτελέσματα των ενεργειών του, τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών και οτιδήποτε άλλο σε προφορική & γραπτή μορφή στον υπεύθυνο τμήματος.

ΑΠΑΡΑΙΤΗΤΑ ΠΡΟΣΟΝΤΑ:

  • Να διαθέτει άριστες ικανότητες διάγνωσης σε θέματα προβλημάτων σχετικά με τις Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές Υπηρεσίες κατοικιών
  • Να έχει άριστες ικανότητες συντήρησης αλλά και εγκατάστασης συστημάτων θέρμανσης και κλιματισμού
  • Να διαθέτει ικανότητα στην ασφαλή χρήση εργαλείων.
  • Να διαθέτει εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας.
  • Να διαθέτει την ικανότητα να εργάζεται και να αποδίδει σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον & κάτω από πίεση.
  • Γνώση της Ελληνικής & Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Κάτοχος διπλώματος οδήγησης αυτοκίνητου
  • Τουλάχιστον 2 χρονιά προϋπηρεσία σε ανάλογη θέση

 Καθήκοντα: 

  • Να χειρίζεται και να επιλύει θέματα τεχνικής φύσεως σχετικά με τις ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές και υδραυλικές υπηρεσίες υφιστάμενων Κτιρίων.
  • Να δύναται να ανταποκριθεί με ταχύτητα και αποτελεσματικότητα σε θέματα τεχνικής φύσεως & υπηρεσιών σχετικά με την παραμονή του πελάτη σε υφιστάμενες κατοικίες.
  • Θα πρέπει να μεταφέρει τα αποτελέσματα των ενεργειών του, τις απαιτήσεις των πελατών και οτιδήποτε άλλο σε προφορική & γραπτή μορφή στον υπεύθυνο τμήματος
  • Να διατηρεί επαφή με τις εξελίξεις σχετικές με τα προϊόντα και τις υπηρεσίες που προσφέρονται στον πελάτη.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Να διαθέτει βασικές ικανότητες διάγνωσης σε θέματα προβλημάτων σχετικά με τις Ηλεκτρομηχανολογικές και υδραυλικές Υπηρεσίες κατοικιών.
  • Να διαθέτει εξαιρετικές ικανότητες επικοινωνίας.
  • Να διαθέτει την ικανότητα να εργάζεται και να αποδίδει σε απαιτητικό περιβάλλον.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης των χρονικών πλαισίων κατά τα οποία θα πρέπει να εκτελείται η εργασία του.
