On behalf of our client, Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus Ltd, we seek to recruit a dynamic individual to fill the position of “IT Officer”. The position is based in Nicosia.

Hellenic Petroleum Cyprus Ltd is a wholly-owned (100%) subsidiary of the Hellenic Petroleum S.A. Group, the largest commercial and industrial group in Greece.

The company is active in the supply, transportation and marketing of liquid fuels, lubricants and LPG to commercial and industrial customers. At the same time, it sells to the public at large all its products through a network of 95 service stations under the EKO trademark.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.
  • Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults.
  • Providing software and hardware support to the staff and client.
  • Setting up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues.
  • Establishing a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (e.g. software developers)

Personal Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or in a related field.
  • Good Networking Knowledge and experience of solving Networking problems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention and problem-solving skills. 
  • Excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with colleagues to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.

On behalf of our client, we are seeking to recruit a dynamic individual to fill the position of OPERATIONS MANAGER in Aviation. The position is based in Amman. This position will lead the development and implementation of strategic Telephony and workforce planning to drive and improve performance.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage telephony network: Ensure service levels and agreed telephony provisions are met to deliver stability and system confidence to customers. Manage the delivery of agreed initiatives to enhance the customer experience. Liaise with vendors and develop new technologies to meet customer contact demands.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and implement analysis tools and methodologies. Drive continual efficiency, accuracy and integrity improvements. Manage the analysis and relevance of daily, weekly, monthly and ad hoc Contact Centre and Management Team reporting tools. Provide detailed analysis of performance data and centre statistics to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Develop, plan and execute strategic workforce planning: Negotiate with existing and potential clients. Identify, evaluate & address staffing implications of business strategies and plans, as well as highlight potential issues and threats. Lead forecasting, modelling and analysis to identify gaps with current state. Actively influence and participate with management on workforce strategies, analyses and issues. Identify critical business capability needs/gaps and work with key stakeholders to develop programs to build these for competitive advantage and business results.
  • Budget: Prepare manpower budgets, forecast and utilisation at a client level to address revenue growth and margin management. Find efficiencies in operation to maximise margin and promote client growth and analyse new products and technologies to make recommendations on business growth opportunities.
  • Manager Online Presence: Take responsibility for the development and access of the company’s online web-sites. Work with, drive and develop applications which enhance customer experiences through the accuracy of information.
  • Emergency: Lead the establishment of the Crisis Centre and respond to incidents and emergencies in accordance with agreed procedures.
  • Ad-hoc projects: Manage and participate in projects as directed.
  • Policy and Procedure: Comply with, and lead team’s compliance with company policy and procedure.
  • OHS: Demonstrate a sound awareness of OHS&W policies and procedures. Champion the identification and reporting of hazards or risks. Facilitate the reporting and investigation of incidents arising from workplace activities. Ensure the rehabilitation for injured workers returning to work is aligned with Rehabilitation Policy.

      

Personal Skills and Qualifications:

 A. Essential Knowledge & Experience

  • Tertiary Degree in relevant field- Contact Centre disciplines, Project Management, IT or relevant experience.
  • Significant experience in Business Analysis
  • Strong negotiation and client management skills and experience
  • Experience in development of key performance measurement tools
  • Strong financial analysis background
  • Experience developing and analysing business cases
  • Experience in project management
  • Strong understanding of CSS, XML and HTML
  • Intermediate skills in .NET Programming. (Preferably VB.NET)
  • Familiarity with imaging / graphic design applications such as Photoshop
  • Comprehensive knowledge of programming and IDE development environments including Visual Studio 2005/2008.
  • Java programming
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft programs including Word/Excel/Power Point/Front Page etc - High degree of computer literacy including modelling of plans and results - Excellent written and oral skills
  • Sound understanding of Contact Centre methodologies
  • Strong reporting and analytical skills
