Εταιρεία πελάτης μας, πρωτοπόρος Εταιρεία στον χώρο της εισαγωγής και διανομής τροφίμων ευρείας κατανάλωσης ζητά να προσλάβει Λειτουργό Αγορών με έδρα τη Λευκωσία.

Καθήκοντα:

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει σαν κύρια ευθύνη την συγκέντρωση δεδομένων και πληροφορίων για την ετοιμασία παραγγελιών για την αγορά προϊόντων και πρώτων υλών. Συγκεκριμένα, θα ετοιμάζει παραγγελίες αγορών σε συνεννόηση με τα τμήματα Μάρκετινγκ και Πωλήσεων, ώστε να προσδιορίζονται σωστά οι ανάγκες και στέλνει αντίγραφα σε προμηθευτές, θα συμφιλιώνει τιμολόγια προμηθευτών με παραγγελίες, θα παρακολουθεί την πρόοδο παραγγελιών και παραδόσεων μέχρι την άφιξη τους στο λιμάνι, καθώς και θα ελέγχει τα έντυπα παραλαβών κατά την άφιξη για να βεβαιωθεί ότι οι παραγγελίες εκτελέστηκαν ορθά και ότι τα προϊόντα πληρούν τις προδιαγραφές σε επικοινωνία με τον Υπεύθυνο Αποθήκης. Τέλος, ο/η κάτοχος της θέσης θα υπολογίζει τα κόστη παραγγελιών όταν χρειάζεται και θα επικοινωνεί με προμηθευτές για να προγραμματίσει ή να επισπεύσει παραλαβές και να χειριστεί ελλείψεις, καθυστερήσεις και άλλα προβλήματα.

Προσόντα:

  • Δίπλωμα κολλεγίου διετούς φοίτησης στα Μαθηματικά, Στατιστική, Λογιστικά ή άλλο συναφές θέμα. Δίπλωμα πανεπιστήμιου σε συναφές θέμα θα θεωρηθεί επιπρόσθετο προσόν
  • Εργασιακή πείρα τουλάχιστον 3 έτη σε παρόμοια θέση
  • Πολύ γνώση της Ελληνικής και της Αγγλικής γλώσσας σε γραπτό και προφορικό λόγο
  • Κατάρτιση στις εφαρμογές MS Office και ειδικά στην Excel

Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, an international real estate asset manager with a diverse blue-chip client base, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Loan Manager (Restructuring), with a basis in Nicosia.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Vice President and General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing borrowers assigned, by initiating and maintaining contact with borrowers, guarantors, collateral providers in order to reach an agreement in regards to the settlement of debt. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for regular telephone calls and meetings with Debtors with a view to reach an agreement; preparing instructions for the property management team regarding valuation / re-evaluation of mortgaged properties and strategy opinions; locating of clients / guarantor’s addresses, payment of invoices for the services of researches, lawyers, and research expenses (e.g. Department of Lands, Registrar of Companies); preparing and submitting relevant business plans to the relevant approving authority for resolutions; monitoring and client follow-up to ensure compliance to agreements made with customers as well as immediate action to be taken where agreements made with customers. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for the timely action when a debt is settled, which includes the preparation of memos to Back Office to close account, the deletion / amendment of collaterals and the preparation of the notification for fee calculation as well as timely reply to borrower’s letters / queries. Finally, he/she will be responsible for developing, guiding, supervising and identifying the training needs of staff to improve their efficiency, effectiveness, quality of work as well as their potential.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance or Banking or in any other related field. A Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client-facing role in a financial institution and/or a service provider. Exposure to NPL management (including restructuring, collateral monetization and/or collections) including credit risk management will be considered as an advantage
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with lenders/investors, by advising on and managing the recovery of mortgage secured and real estate related non-performing and impaired loans. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local authorities e.g. planning authority, land registry, as well as external real estate professionals e.g. appraisers, brokers etc.; working with and collaborating with 3rd parties (land owners, real estate brokers, developers, city and government officials) to obtain information regarding sites to be analysed/evaluated and maintaining overall knowledge of local real estate laws and planning regulations; undertaking specific projects (local and overseas) and/or clients; delivering the desirable results; and leading team of analysts in the preparation and production of presentations and reports to clients and the management of the Company. Furthermore, he/she will be responsible for revising financial analysis, budgets, market studies and cash flows related to the asset positioning and performance; assisting single investors or groups of investors, by driving necessary changes and improvements in the approach, structure, decision making and asset management of the investment; monitoring the assets/property value and desirability, comparing its performance with similar in context assets/property in the marketplace and investigates any variances on financial data; recommending operational or structural actions to meet performance objectives; providing a loan restructuring plan based on his/her analysis of the asset/property; and offering a specific asset/property valuation based on the overall analysis. Finally, he/she will be responsible for preparing and delivering presentation to clients and investors; tracking the performance of his/her portfolio (assets/properties under management) and preparing reporting to the management.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or in any other related field (Real Estate Management, Planning and Development, Property Appraisal). A Master’s degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS)
  • A minimum of 4 years of relevant working experience
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
