Company Description: On behalf of our client, a well-established company supplying the Cypriot government with medical devices and disposables, we are seeking to recruit an Office Administrative Coordinator. The successful candidate will be based at the company’s premises in Larnaca.
Job Responsibilities: The Office Administrative Coordinator will support the Directors and ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the office. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily office operations to ensure efficiency and organisation.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organize and maintain filing systems including billing, customer, and client records.
- Perform accurate data entry into the ERP system.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks (e.g. invoicing, expense tracking, reconciliation).
- Support the preparation of reports and documents as required by management.
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and calendars for Directors.
- Liaise with external partners, suppliers, and service providers when needed.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- LCCI Higher (Level 3) or equivalent qualification in Accounting, Business Administration or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of bookkeeping principles.
- Previous work experience in a similar role will be considered an advantage.
- Fluency in Greek and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer literacy (MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with ERP systems will be considered an advantage.
