Company Description:

On behalf of our Client, operating in the Hotel Industry, we are seeking to recruit a professional individual for the position of Hotel Manager, who will be based at our Client’s Hotel in Nicosia.

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Board of Directors of the Company, the successful candidate will be responsible for the effective and efficient operations of the Hotel and its Personnel. More specifically, he/she will be responsible for safeguarding the Hotel’s image, promoting effective relations with all external groups (clients, suppliers, authorities etc.) and meeting the standards of a Service of Excellence. Moreover, the successful candidate will be responsible for holding meetings with heads of departments to relay the strategy decided upon together with the Management in order to maximize profits as well for setting and achieving sales and profit targets. Finally, he/she will be responsible for managing budgets, financial plans, controlling expenditure as well as for presenting the Hotel’s results to the Board of Directors and providing suggestions and recommendations for further development.

Qualifications:

  • A University Degree in Hotel/Hospitality Management Business Administration or any other relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Hotel Management position and specifically in Hotel Operations position
  • Excellent knowledge of the Greek and the English language (verbal and written communication skills)
  • PC Literate (MS Office)

On behalf of our Client, a Company operating in the Financial Sector, we are seeking to recruit a professional candidate for the position of Business Development Manager, who will be based at our client’s offices in Nicosia or Larnaca.

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will focus on business development activities as a means to drive and grow the business. More specifically, he /she will develop an effective business development strategy, propose a pipeline of potential business deals yet continuously explore opportunities by analyzing market strategies, deal with requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; develop negotiating strategies; examine risks and potentials, close new business deals by coordinating requirements, developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations. Furthermore, he/she will oversee and ensure the smooth operation of the Company, will develop, implement and maintain the company’s strategy and annual plans. Finally, the successful candidate will monitor the company’s expenditure, P & L, approving budgets and revenues as well as monitoring the implementation of the various processes as per any legal regulations and quality standards.

 

Qualifications:

  • A University Degree in Business Management, Accounting and/or Finance, Engineering, Computer Science or in any other related field.
  • A Masters Degree in Business Management and /or any other related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in B2B / Direct Sales and Business Development. Prior sales experience in working on strict deadlines and meeting targets is a must a similar role. Financial Industry experience will be considered an advantage.
  • Networking contacts in the industry at Executive Levels. Should have experience in negotiating large value business deals.
  • Fluent in the Greek and the English language (spoken and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS Word)

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Company’s Director, the Commercial Servicing Manager will develop, mentor and motivate the Commercial Servicing Specialists / Senior Specialists to provide servicing facilities in line with client expectations and to manage a portfolio of connections, (reviewing, implementing and monitoring case strategies). The Manager will ensure that all actions requested by the SPM, Head of and Director of Commercial Loan Servicing are implemented within agreed turnaround times. This will include providing operational support for the implementation of approved case strategies, monitoring the portfolio on a daily basis for any borrower deviation from approved arrangements, escalating as appropriate and maintaining Management Information. A key function of the Manager is to ensure that all activities are carried out in line with control policies, procedures and legislative requirements while providing exceptional customer service and minimising risk in regard to regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking/Economics/Business Management and/or other relevant field. A Master’s Degree will be considered as an advantage
  • Previous experience in a similar environment including Banking, Asset management, Portfolio Management and/or Operations Management
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation in the financial services industry
  • People Management experience
  • Ability to understand and utilise legislative requirements for the benefit of the organisation
