Job Duties:

Καθήκοντα Θέσης:

Ο/H κάτοχος της θέσης θα έχει την ευθύνη της ετοιμασίας επιστολών και άλλων σημειωμάτων στα πλαίσια εφαρμογής της διαδικασίας εκποιήσεων ενυπόθηκων ακινήτων από τον ενυπόθηκο δανειστή με στόχο την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου και την ενίσχυση των προσπαθειών των Μονάδων για απομόχλευση του χαρτοφυλακίου της Διεύθυνσης Αναδιάρθρωσης και Ανάκτησης Χρεών. Συγκεκριμένα, ο/η κάτοχος της θέσης θα:

  • Ετοιμάζει διάφορες ειδοποιήσεις και επιστολές που προβλέπονται στο Νόμο για την εκποίηση ενυπόθηκων ακινήτων από τον ενυπόθηκο δανειστή και μεριμνά για την ορθή και έγκαιρη αποστολή τους σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου και με στόχο την αντιμετώπιση τυχόν ενστάσεων από τους οφειλέτες.
  • Ετοιμάζει επιστολές και εσωτερικά σημειώματα, (όπου χρειάζεται σε συνεργασία με την Υπηρεσία Ακινήτων και Εκτιμήσεων), που απαιτούνται σύμφωνα με τη διαδικασία μεταβίβασης των ακινήτων που εκποιήθηκαν (μέσω πλειστηριασμού, διαδικασίας προσφορών ή αγοράς από την Τράπεζα), με στόχο την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου.
  • Ετοιμάζει τις επιστολές (σύμφωνα με τις πρόνοιες του Νόμου), και τα εσωτερικά σημειώματα που αφορούν τη διανομή του προϊόντος πώλησης των ενυπόθηκων ακινήτων με στόχο την έγκαιρη ολοκλήρωση της διαδικασίας της διανομής.
  • Ενημερώνει το αρχείο του Τμήματος για τις ενέργειες που αφορούν τις υποθέσεις εκποίησης, με στόχο τη δυνατότητα αποτελεσματικής παρακολούθησης και διαχείρισης της διαδικασίας εκποιήσεων και υποστήριξης στην παροχή ορθής, έγκαιρης και ποιοτικής πληροφόρησης προς την Ανώτατη Διεύθυνση της Τράπεζας για την πορεία της εφαρμογής του Νόμου για τις εκποιήσεις.
  • Ενημερώνεται και εφαρμόζει τους κανονισμούς/διαδικασίες/εγκυκλίους που διέπουν την εφαρμογή του Νόμου για την εκποίηση ενυπόθηκων ακινήτων από τον ενυπόθηκο δανειστή.
  • Αναλαμβάνει οποιεσδήποτε άλλες εργασίες κρίνεται από τη Διεύθυνση ΔΕΕ ότι πρέπει να ανατεθούν στην Ομάδα, με σκοπό την υποστήριξη των Μονάδων ΑΑΧ στο γενικότερο χειρισμό των υποθέσεων που περιλαμβάνει το χαρτοφυλάκιο τους.

 

Προσόντα:

  • Πτυχίο πανεπιστημίου (BA / BSc) ή /και μεταπτυχιακό (MA / MSc / MBA) στα Οικονομικά, Νομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων, Χρηματοοικονομικά, Λογιστική ή σε άλλο συναφή κλάδο ή / και Μέλος ενός από τα Σώματα Επαγγελματιών Λογιστών ή οποιουδήποτε άλλου Σώματος (CFA/ ACA/ ACCA/ CPA/ ACIB/AIB)
  • Τουλάχιστο 1 χρόνος πείρα σε χρηματοπιστωτικό ή άλλο συναφή Οργανισμό σε θέματα χρηματοοικονομικής ανάλυσης και αξιολόγησης καθώς και διαχείρισης δανειακών πελατειακών σχέσεων και διαβουλεύσεων με πελάτες με σκοπό την αναδιάρθρωση δανειακών υποχρεώσεων
  • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας και πολύ καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (προφορική και γραπτή επικοινωνία)

Job Duties:

Reporting to the Investments Director of the company, the successful candidate will be targeting real estate deals in single asset and portfolio acquisitions in Cyprus and abroad. The approach will be very hands-on, and the successful candidate should be able to take on the financial tasks as well as being able to work on the full investment cycle from origination to execution and management. Specifically, the successful candidate will be responsible for exploring and sourcing real estate investment opportunities in Cyprus and abroad, reviewing investment proposals and valuation assumptions, formulating financial models (IRR, sensitivity analysis) and identifying investment risks. The candidate will also be responsible for using detail financial modeling to optimize product mix and development master plans, coordinating the due diligence and negotiations, as well as performing ad hoc analysis on project development and operating budgets. Furthermore, the successful candidate will be responsible for creating and authoring various fund update and performance memos, providing updates to clients/investors/senior management inquires as well as working with external advisors, allowing broad exposure to the full transactions life-cycle.

 

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Science/ Business Administration in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management with a concentration in Finance or Real Estate Engineering.
