Job Duties
Reporting to the Group Technical Manager, the successful candidate will be focusing on:

  • Preparing technical and financial proposals for the projects
  • Reviewing and managing the client’s enquiry process into a costed workable solution
  • Developing scope and detail of a project offer
  • Developing and negotiating contract specifications with a variety of external group including consultants, sub-contractors, material suppliers etc
  • Responding to client’s inquiries / requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Working closely with the Engineering Department
  • Maintain professional contacts with consultants, architects and other influential contacts and strives to expand contact list

Qualifications

  • University degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • 1 years relevant working experience in a similar role. Previous experience in Hotel & Leisure or Mechanical Contracting industries will be considered an advantage
  • Fluent in Greek and English languages
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)

  • Strong communication, organisational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and perform well under pressure
  • Positive can-do attitude with ability effectively alone as well as part of a team
