Graduate Trainee
As an Advisory Trainee, you will provide support to the Advisory Team while developing relevant technical and accountancy knowledge. This includes taking responsibility for own workload as well as supporting more experienced colleagues in performing larger
and more complex cases.

Your Training Contract will typically last for 3½ years and will enable you to become a fully qualified Chartered Accountant by the end of your training contract.
For the duration of your Training Contract, all Trainees will be supported, developed, mentored and supervised by more experienced colleagues within the Advisory team and wider Firm.
Due to the nature of the role, a flexible approach to work is required in order to facilitate the needs of our clients and your colleagues.
You will be expected to consistently demonstrate core BDO values and the required standard of competency for the level of this role, which includes adherence with compliance and confidentiality standards.
