K. Treppides & Co Ltd, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced AML Compliance Associate Consultant to join our dynamic AML Compliance Department in Nicosia.

v Key Responsibilities
As a valued member of our Compliance team, you will:
- Conduct thorough Know Your Customer (KYC) and Client Due Diligence (CDD) procedures.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date maintenance of customer KYC/AML records.
- Prepare and manage internal reports, including client risk assessments.
- Perform client screenings (PEP databases, sanctions lists, etc.) and evaluate results.
- Provide expert advice on regulatory compliance implications of internal policies.
- Monitor company activities for adherence to AML Directives and relevant legislation.
- Administer the company’s Internal Control Management System.
- Collaborate with all departments to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Develop and deliver compliance training materials.
v Qualifications & Experience
We are looking for candidates who bring both expertise and professionalism:
- BSs or MSc in Law from a reputable institution.
- Member of the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in AML, KYC, or Compliance roles.
- Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong understanding of EU and national AML/CFT legislation and sanctions frameworks.
