As an International Compliance and Advisory Services (iCAS) Consultant, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients’ financial stability, compliance, and strategic decision-making through these services.

What we are looking for: 

Entry Requirements:

  • BSc in Economics, Finance, Law, Risk Management, Accounting, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field from a reputable university
  • Fluency in Greek & English (written and spoken)
  • Strong report writing skills
  • IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel
  • Enthusiastic and team-oriented mindset

Special Considerations (to be considered as an advantage):

  • MSc in a relevant field (e.g. Economics, Finance, Law etc.)
  • CySEC Certifications such (i.e. Basic, Advanced or AML Examination)
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience

What to Expect in your Role:

Depending on your knowledge, experience, and skills, you will provide support in areas such as:

  • International Licensing & Authorization: Provide consultancy support to regulated entities (e.g., Investment Firms, EMIs, PSPs, Funds, Gaming Licensees) throughout the licensing process, ensuring a strong understanding of business setup and effective communication with regulatory authorities (e.g., CySEC, CBC, FCA, MGA, MFSA, FSC).
  • Regulatory Compliance & Advisory: Assist clients in navigating legal and regulatory requirements by offering advisory services, including drafting policies, responding to regulatory inquiries, conducting compliance audits, and engaging with regulators and key stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Collaborate with clients to analyze, assess, and mitigate financial, operational, and strategic risks.
  • Internal Audit: Conduct comprehensive internal audits to assess and improve the effectiveness of clients’ internal controls, risk management, and operational processes. Identify areas of improvement and provide actionable recommendations.

ARA ADVISOR

The Assurance and Risk Advisory department offers three core services: Internal Audit, Risk Management, and Valuations. As an Assurance and Risk Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' financial stability, compliance, and strategic decision-making through these services.

SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Limassol

AUDIT ASSISTANT MANAGER

Nicosia

 

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Responsible for overseeing all phases of project and engagement management for multiple clients in a wide variety of industries
  • Responsible for planning and directing the work of a group of individuals, monitoring their work within the audit department of the Company, and taking corrective action, when necessary, after consulting with the Engagement Leader
  • Should ensure in cooperation and on the instructions of the Financial Manager, that the audit assignments are completed in a timely and within the time deadlines set by the client
  • Should cooperate and provide information and assistance to the Tax Department Managers in order to enable the completion of tax assignments, review of the tax position of the company, and review of the tax computation of the client.
  • Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict client confidentiality
  • Oversee the efforts of multiple client engagements; plan, execute, direct, and complete external audits in a wide variety of industries; and manage the budget
  • Understand and manage firm risk on audits and proposals
  • Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on projects and assess performance for engagement and year-end reviews
  • Review all work (audit/taxation/accounting/financial reporting/compliance) before submission to Engagement Leader and Audit/Taxation/Consulting Director for further review
  • Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations, ensure satisfaction, make sure deadlines are met, and lead change efforts effectively

Qualifications:

  • BSc Accounting/ Finance/ Economics or any other related field from a reputable university
  • ACA/ACCA qualified
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputable audit firm
  • Excellent project management, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent use, both oral and written, of Greek and English languages
  • Strong personality with the ability to take initiative and identify solutions
  •  Ability to manage and develop staff in a highly interactive team environment

Job Description
