    Position: Compliance Consultant- TR/0120/CC

    Entry Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance/Law from a reputable university
    • A Master’s degree in Economics/Finance will be considered as an advantage

    Key Responsibilities:

        Risk Management/ Corporate Finance Consultant Nicosia

        Position: Risk Management/ Corporate Finance Consultant RM/0120/CF

        Requirements:

        • BSc and/or MSc in Risk Management, Finance, Business, Mathematics, Statistics,   Actuarial Science, Engineering or other related field;
        • Studying towards or possession of ACCA/ACA/CFA/FRM qualification will be considered as an advantage
        • IT literate (advanced knowledge of Microsoft word and Excel)
        • Familiar with Financial Modeling and concepts such as IRR, NPV, DCF, ROIC and ROE
        • Excellent use, both oral and written, of Greek and English languages
        • Prior working experience will be considered as an advantage
        • Knowledge of  @Risk, Matlab, Bloomberg terminal or similar Software will be considered as an advantage.

         

        Responsibilities:

        • Consulting and advisory of Risk Management including outsourcing of services from Investment firms
        • Regulatory reporting to competent authorities (CySEC, Central Bank of Cyprus) for Investment firms
        • Preparation of Internal Capital Adequacy Assessment process (ICAAP)
        • Planning, designing and implementing an overall risk management process for the company and its clients

          Funds Operations Officer Nicosia

          Position: Funds Operations Officer | TR/0120/FO

          Major Duties & Responsibilities:

          • Acquire knowledge of different kind of exotic financial instruments including over-the counter (“OTC”) products.
          • Operate in backroom trades settlement and gain experience in different kinds of financial products.
          • After the training period they will be able to resolve settlement breaks.
          • Liaising with prime brokers, administrators and counterparties.
          • Review and confirm the net asset value ("NAV") numbers prepared by fund administrator for all funds.
          • Send and verify performance numbers which are updated in various data providers' databases.
          • Upload daily trade files into the portfolio management system (Key manually in case of non-automated trades).
          • Setting up instruments in Portfolio Management system, booking of complex trades and corporate actions.
          • Comfortable with manual processes and able to improvise with automation.
          • Support the entire audit process for the various funds.
          • Provide support in reconciling and monitoring daily activity.
          • Maintain cash projection for all our mutual/hedge funds.

            Position: IT/Program Developer -TR/IT/0120

            Key Responsibilities:

            • Convert annotated visual designs to fully functional web pages with associated assets (HTML, CSS, images, JavaScript, etc.).
            • Create / update HTML markup, add CSS for styling, and JavaScript for interactivity.
            • Work with other developers on tasks related to back-end integration.
            • Analyze and optimize the performance of web pages.

            Required Skills and Experience:  

            • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
            • Minimum of 2 years of UI/Front-end development experience (will be considered an advantage)
            • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, Javascript, JSON and API usage.
            • Experience using modern Javascript and Angular. Experience with Ionic a plus.
