    This job position is for anyone interested in joining a leading organization as an HR Generalist. 

     

    About Our Client 

    Our client is a reputable healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care. They are currently looking for a passionate HR professional, ready to join their team.     Key Responsibilities: 

     

    • Support the onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires and departing employees. 

     

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. 

     

    • Assist in the recruitment cycle: post job ads, schedule interviews, and participate in candidate assessments when necessary. 

     

    • Provide general administrative support, including preparation of employment contracts, policies, reports, and HR documentation. 

     

    • Serve as a point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external contacts. 

     

    • Help organize training and development sessions, including liaising with Ermis Anad and managing related logistics. 

     

    • Contribute to the monthly payroll processing and ensure timely execution. 

     

    • Stay informed of updates in Cyprus Labour Law and external developments relevant to HR functions. 

     

    • Handle day-to-day HR operations such as issuing employment confirmations and supporting employees with the HR software. 

     

    • Ensure the efficient functioning of HR operations on a daily basis. 

     

    • Take on additional duties and special HR-related projects as assigned. 

     

    • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems. 

     

     

    Qualifications: 

     

    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. 

     

    • Up to three years of proven experience in an HR support or administration role. 

     

    • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. 

     

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms. 

     

    • Fluency in English is essential. 

     

    • Sound understanding of Cyprus Labour Law. 

     

    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 

     

    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity. 

     

    • Comfortable working under pressure and meeting strict deadlines. 

     

    • Proactive and quickly adapt in a fast-paced environment. 

     

     

     
    What our client offers 

     

    • Competitive salary up to €1700 - €1800 gross per month (depending on candidate profile). 

     

    • 13th salary as part of the annual compensation 

     

    • Comprehensive health insurance following successful completion of the probation period 

     

    • Provident fund eligibility after one year of employment, with a competitive contribution by the company. 
       

    • 25 days of annual leave 

     

    • Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
