Position overview:

This role requires a versatile, hands-on individual who thrives in multitasking and wishes to grow in a dynamic environment. The successful candidates will join a team of young, ambitious professionals. This position is ideal for someone eager to take on varied responsibilities and play an active role in day-to-day operations, looking to develop alongside a creative, expanding company. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and following up on client quotations, ensuring timely submissions and accuracy

• Liaising with clients for following up quotations, and/or to address their needs

• Coordinating with third-party vendors to facilitate smooth operations • Working with the team and external logistics, to ensure timely order preparation and dispatch of orders

• Assisting in the preparation of reports, tracking operational data as required

• Working closely with the founder on ad hoc tasks and special projects

Requirements:

• Recent university graduate in Marketing / Business Administration / a related field. This position offers a unique opportunity to build valuable hands-on experience in operations and client management.

    About Our Client:

    Our client is an expanding and forward-thinking company within the fintech sector. It operates in the UK market and is led by a team of experienced professionals. The company is focused on developing scalable solutions and proprietary technology to support digital financing platforms globally as well as operating an online lending platform. This position is based in Limassol.

    Position Overview

    As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for maintaining accounting records, preparation of management and other reports, reconciliations, VAT returns, liaising with auditors and other providers, and ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards. You will report to the CFO.

    Requirements

    This position is best suited for a young professional who wants to work in a fast-paced international environment and grow with the company. We are looking for the following:

    ·       3-4 years of experience in a responsible position in the Accounts Department of a company, or in a team that provides audit / accounting outsourcing services to clients. Exceptional candidates with fewer years of relevant professional experience may also be considered

    ·       Experience working in an international company or for international clients will be considered an advantage

    ·       University degree in business-related field or accounting. Candidates holding an LCCI Third-Level qualification with relevant experience, as well as those currently pursuing a professional accounting qualification, are also encouraged to apply.

    ·       Quick learner, results oriented and adaptable personality

    ·       Open-minded and flexible, comfortable operating in a non-traditional financial environment where innovative thinking is valued

    ·       Client and solutions centric, and team player

    ·       Tech savvy - has knowledge of accounting software and emerging technologies (such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, or PeopleSoft)

    ·       Brings fresh perspectives and a modern approach to problem solving

    ·       Excellent command of English and Greek, both written and verbal
