About our Client:

Our client is a non-profit organisation operating at a national level, focusing in coordinating large-scale programmes and strategic initiatives.
They are looking for a proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented
Sports Administration & Operations Coordinator to oversee the smooth day-to-day delivery of the sports operations and administrative functions.

About the Role:

This role is perfect for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments, enjoy working with diverse stakeholders, and can effectively coordinate sports programmes, events, and day-to-day operations to ensure their successful delivery.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting coaches, athletes, partners, and the wider management team while maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of sports programs and activities.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee schedules, timetables, and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate the planning and execution of sporting events, competitions, and related activities.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for coaches, athletes, partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative processes, records, and operational documentation.
  • Maintain and update digital platforms, databases, and operational software.
  • Monitor internal procedures to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Prepare reports, statistics, presentations, and other management documentation.
  • Coordinate multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and organizational objectives.
  •  Occasional travel as needed.


Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or a related discipline.
  • Excellent command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
  • Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with business software, databases, and management systems.
  • Outstanding organizational, planning, and coordination skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems proactively, and work effectively under pressure.
  • High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience within a sports federation, club, academy, or other sports organization.
  • A minimum of three years' professional experience in sports administration, operations, coordination, or a similar role.
  • Experience coordinating sporting events, tournaments, or competitions.
  • Experience with budgeting, reporting, and performance tracking.
  • Knowledge of project management tools would be considered an advantage.

What our client offers:

02. Insurance Liaison Officer

About our client 
 
Our client is a reputable healthcare organization committed to delivering high-quality patient care. They are currently seeking a proactive professional to take the position of Insurance Liaison Officer. The selected candidate will be part of the accounting team, reporting to the Financial Controller. 

 

Key responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the main contact for insurance companies, addressing queries, and following up on claims and approvals to ensure timely resolution. 
  • Undertake daily invoicing for assigned cases, monitor outstanding balances, and prepare accurate reports as required by management. 
  • Record and update patient and insurance records within electronic systems, ensuring accuracy, timely completion and strict confidentiality. 
  • Work closely with medical staff and external partners to support smooth administrative workflows. 
  • Provide support to the finance team on accounting-related tasks and assist with additional administrative duties or projects as needed. 
     

Requirements: 

  • 2-3 years relevant experience in a healthcare organisation / hospital, other medical setup, or in an insurance provider. 
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive information responsibly. 
  • Highly organised, persistent with a strong results orientation. 
  • Team player, with strong interpersonal skills. 
  • Tech savvy: Knowledge of MS Office. Familiarity with SAP ERP systems will be a plus. 
  • Fluency in Greek and English (both written and spoken).
