Key Responsibilities 

The successful candidate will be part of a strong sales team, supporting and growing the existing clientele in both Paphos and Limassol

 Responsibilities include: 

  • -Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with targets / clients and other key stakeholders in the construction sector

  • -Identify and pursue new business opportunities

  • -Oversee and coordinate projects from the specification stage through to successful execution

  • -Contribute to formulating and executing the company’s market growth initiatives

  • -Run technical seminars, prepare proposals and run product presentations at the company’s training center / clients’ facilities

  • -Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs and expand the company’s presence in target markets 
     
     

ShapeQualifications

  • -Engineering Degree or other Degree along with relevant experience as noted below

  • -2–5 years' experience in a sales positionideally with building materials, construction, insulation, or related sectors

  • -Commercially minded with strong relationship building skills

  • -Communicates with impact, high energy, and passionate to deliver results

  • -CRM knowledge will be considered an advantage

  • -Proficiency in Microsoft Office

  • -Fluent Greek and very good command of English (spoken & written)

Responsibilities profile

The successful candidate will be working alongside a team in a dynamic warehouse environment, supporting daily logistics and material handling operations. The role requires attention to detail and safety, and strong teamwork skills. Responsibilities include:

  • -Load, unload, stack, and move products (pallets, raw materials, crates) efficiently using forklifts and other equipment, adhering to all procedures/internal guidelines

  • -Perform daily inspections of machinery (fluids, tires, brakes) and report any issues or required repairs.

  • -2-3 years’ proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting.

Position overview 

In this role, the selected candidate will be responsible for sales of products while delivering outstanding customer experience at every stage of the sales journey. The successful candidate must be passionate about cars and technology whilst consistently working to meet / exceed sales targets. Key responsibilities include: 

  • Present and sell vehicles to prospective customers, applying effective sales strategies and in-depth product knowledge. 
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients and prospects, ensuring a seamless and positive experience from initial contact through to after-sales support. 
  • Stay updated on industry trends such as new model launches and competitor activity. 
  • Support and engage in marketing campaigns, showroom events, and promotional initiatives. 
  • Prepare and submit reports on his/her sales targets/leads. 

Required Qualifications & Skills   

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline
