  • Monitor hotel performance trends versus budget on a weekly basis.
  • Forecast revenue and occupancy on a weekly basis.
  • Update sales reports, including Average Rate, Special Offers, Stop Sales, and Release.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in group reservations or a related hospitality role.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Previous experience as Call Centre Manager will be considered as added qualification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
