Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and general ledger entries

- Assist in preparing tax filings and financial statements

Requirements
- University graduate in accounting and studying for ACCA qualification
- Basic understanding of IFRS accounting principles

- Effective written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English languages

The department provides a wide spectrum of services to clients, including bookkeeping services, management accounting, payroll, and preparation of statutory financial statements.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Provision of accounting services to a portfolio of clients, operating in various sectors and of different sizes.
· Supervise/Perform accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain and ensure the integrity of general ledger accounts, including reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
· Process invoices, receipts and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
· Prepare/perform payroll calculations and ensure compliance with applicable tax and labour regulations.
· Assist in the preparation of documentation related to the annual audit, Income Tax and VAT returns.
· Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reporting packages.
· Assist Department Managers in reviewing accounting work and deliverables, while acting as a key point of contact for clients as well as for team members, by addressing queries and providing ongoing support.
· Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls.
· Review of accounting entries, vat, and payroll calculations for small entities
Requirements
· University Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
· 5 years of relevant experience
· Holder of LCCI Higher will be considered an advantage.
· Holder or studying towards the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) or CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) qualification will be considered an advantage.
· Computer Literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Provision of accounting services to a portfolio of clients, operating in various sectors and of different sizes.
· Supervise/Perform accurate bookkeeping and accounting entries, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
· Maintain and ensure the integrity of general ledger accounts, including reconciliations of bank statements, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany transactions.
· Process invoices, receipts and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
· Prepare/perform payroll calculations and ensure compliance with applicable tax and labour regulations.
· Assist in the preparation of documentation related to the annual audit, Income Tax and VAT returns.
· Assist in the preparation of management accounts and reporting packages.
· Assist Department Managers in reviewing accounting work and deliverables, while acting as a key point of contact for clients as well as for team members, by addressing queries and providing ongoing support.
· Ensure the implementation and continuous improvement of accounting procedures and internal controls.
· Review of accounting entries, vat, and payroll calculations for small entities
Requirements
· University Degree in Accounting & Finance or related field.
· 5 years of relevant experience
· Holder of LCCI Higher will be considered an advantage.
· Holder or studying towards the AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) or CAT (Certified Accounting Technician) qualification will be considered an advantage.
· Computer Literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
· Set-up of Companies in Cyprus and overseas.
· Process day-to-day tasks of the Corporate Department.
· Preparation of resolutions /minutes of meetings and other documents relating to changes to the structure of companies.
· Preparation and submission with the Registrar of Companies of annual returns as well as forms required to record all kinds of reportable changes in relation to companies.
· Keep the corporate clients up to date with statutory obligations and relevant filings within deadlines.
· Liaise with banks in Cyprus and overseas for account opening, account review and transaction processing. Processing bank documents/applications
· Update of a database with the historic and current information and documentation of the relevant companies using provided software.
· Active involvement in maintaining business relationships with external associates and governmental authorities.
· Liaise and coordinate with other departments of the firm.
· Collection of KYC documents and ensuring compliance with AML requirements.
Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in any field of study. Legal academic background will be considered an advantage.
· Any experience in a corporate services / banking related role will be considered an advantage.
· Experience in dealing with UK Companies House will be considered a significant advantage.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Greek and English.
· Computer literacy, with very good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
· Attention to detail.
· Ability to work with teams, following instructions and guidelines.
· Ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines, and work under pressure.
· Analytical thinking to provide solutions to complex issues.
· Organized and efficient in managing tasks.
