About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated Junior Multimedia Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the design and development of engaging digital content across web and email platforms. You will work closely with developers to deliver responsive and user-friendly solutions while ensuring cross-browser compatibility and optimal performance. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to grow their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strong knowledge of Figma for designing and prototyping user interfaces, with a strong eye for detail and a good sense of UI/UX design
- Build and maintain responsive web pages using HTML and CSS
- Create and update responsive email templates using HTML and CSS
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to deliver high-quality digital content
- Use design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator to prepare multimedia assets
- Work closely with developers to implement design specifications accurately
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in web and multimedia development
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Academic Requirements
- University degree in Computing Multimedia, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
Professional Requirements/Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of Figma for UI/UX design and prototyping
- Experience with HTML, CSS
- Experience in responsive web design and frameworks such as Bootstrap
- Experience in email design and familiarity with email marketing tools
- Solid understanding of responsive design principles
- Good understanding of cross-browser compatibility
- Comfortable using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with email marketing tools will be considered an advantage
- Experience with CMS platforms is an advantage
Organisational & Communication Skills
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment delivering complex projects
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, work independently, and collaborate effectively within a team
