VFOP002_Future Pilots VFOP002 Pilots Larnaca, Cyprus

Due to the expansion of our destinations, we are now looking to employ a number of pilots (A320 rated and Non-Type Rated First Officers) for our base in Cyprus. 

Non-rated pilots will undergo a A320 type rating course within Cobalt ATO with a recovery scheme offered to all successful candidates.

Minimum Requirements for A320 type rated First Officers:

  • EU citizenship or have the right to live and work in the EU
  • Valid EASA CPL or ATPL license with current A320 type rating
  • Must have 750 flight hours on type A320
  • English proficiency minimum Level 4
  • Valid EU Class 1 medical
  • Must have flown A320 in the last 12 months

Minimum Requirements for non- A320 type rated First Officers:

  • EU citizenship or have the right to live and work in the EU
  • Valid EASA CPL or ATPL license with current type rating
  • Must have 1500 JET Flight Hours on aircrafts over 27 tones
  • English proficiency minimum Level 4
  • Valid EU Class 1 medical
  • Must have flown the type (JET) within the past 12 months

Due to the expansion of our destinations, we are looking to employ experienced and non-experienced Cabin Crew for our base in Cyprus.

Job Requirements:

  • Experienced Cabin Crew must have a minimum of 3 months’ experience within the last 5 years
  • Previous long-haul experience will be considered an advantage
  • High School Diploma
  • Holder of an EU passport or entitlement to work and travel in Europe without restrictions
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must with additional languages an advantage
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to deal with demanding customers
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to swim unaided
  • No visible tattoo while in Cobalt Air uniform

VCOM008_Revenue Specialist VCOM008 General Larnaca, Cyprus

Cobalt, a rapidly expanding Cypriot Airline, is looking for a candidate to join the commercial team as a Revenue Specialist. The Revenue Specialist will be responsible for maximization of revenue and profitability by developing and implementing Revenue Management strategies.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including but not limited to)

  • Understand the implications of external market dynamics and competitor activity and react accordingly with development of Revenue management strategies.

  • Work with Network team to optimize schedules and capitalize on passenger opportunities.

  • Identify traffic flows and business opportunities.

  • Apply accurate demand forecasts across the business

  • Extract and analyze reports with the ability to make recommendations on how to most effectively send/receive information while using limited supplier resources

  • Define central RM operational standards that guarantee the most efficient utilization of all systems, in line with company best practices and standard operating procedures

  • Ensure yield exemptions are investigated and analyzed and new business opportunities are identified

  • Lead the revenue planning for future seasons and known special events

  • Develop and maintain Route Action Plans for each route.

  • Collaborate with other departments to champion RM and further commercial development by sharing market and customer knowledge.

 

CORE COMPETENCIES & SKILLS REQUIRED:

 

  • Hold a University degree in mathematics or economics or related field

  • Have at least 5 years of experience in revenue management of an airline

  • Have experience in AirRM Revenue Management System

  • Fluent in English

  • Have strong analytical skills

  • Be organized and at the same time able to work in a fast paced changing environment
