Education Requirements & Skills:
· University Diploma or Degree.
· Fluent in English (spoken and written).
· Previous hotel operations experience is an advantage.

Experience, Qualifications & Certification Requirements:
· Background in Food Technology, Biology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
· Experience with management system implementation (ISO 9001, 22000, 14001,45001, Travelife ) is a plus.
· Basic training in ISO 9001, 14001 & 22000 management systems
· Internal audit experience and strong auditing skills.
· Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Knowledge of local and international health, safety, and environmental regulations is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities:
· Implement, monitor, and maintain Risk Management and Compliance programs across hotel operations.
· Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to company policies, processes and procedure, international and legal requirements.
· Perform H&S risk Assessment, identify potential risks and propose corrective actions or preventive measures.
· Lead Food Safety, Health & Safety, and Environmental Management initiatives within hotel based on group guidelines.
· Prepare reports and presentations for management highlighting compliance status, risks, and mitigation plans.
· Carry out daily and monthly duties as per Wavemaker Hospitality group procedures
· Coordinate with hotel managers and staff to ensure consistent application of procedures.
· Train staff on compliance, food safety, health and safety, emergency, and sustainability
· Monitor and report on emerging industry regulations and trends to ensure company compliance.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and reduce risks.

Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven, and hands-on Food & Beverage Manager to oversee and coordinate F&B operations across a portfolio of all-inclusive, lifestyle, and resort hotels on the East Coast of Cyprus.
The role focuses on high-volume operations, guest experience consistency, concept execution, people development, and financial performance. Working closely with hotel teams, the role ensures that company standards, KPIs, and SOPs are effectively implemented across all properties while driving continuous improvement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
F&B Operations & Group Support
- Oversee and support Food & Beverage operations across multiple all-inclusive and lifestyle resort properties
- Actively support hotel-level F&B teams to ensure operational consistency and service excellence
- Ensure seamless guest flow, service standards, and quality delivery during peak periods
- Support outlet concepts aligned with brand positioning and guest demographics
- Provide operational support where required across the hotels
Guest Experience & Concept Execution
- Ensure F&B experiences meet lifestyle and resort brand expectations
- Support menu rollouts, themed events, pop-ups, and seasonal activations
- Collaborate with entertainment and operations teams to enhance the overall guest journey
- Drive guest satisfaction, online reputation performance, and repeat business
Commercial Performance & Extra Local Sales
- Drive revenue optimization within all-inclusive frameworks
- Strong focus on developing and increasing EXTRA local sales (upselling, external guests, events, experiences)
- Support menu engineering, pricing strategies, and promotional activities
- Control food and beverage costs, wastage, yield, and operational efficiencies
- Oversee purchasing practices, supplier performance, and inventory control
KPIs & Performance Monitoring
- Continuously monitor and follow up on all F&B KPIs (financial and qualitative)
- Analyze performance trends and implement corrective actions when needed
- Ensure consistency of reporting and performance tracking across all hotels
People Development, Training & Onboarding
- Lead, coach, and support F&B Managers and supervisory teams across the hotels
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and seasonal staffing processes
- Actively contribute to the training and onboarding of teams to ensure that company standards and SOPs (once finalized) are fully implemented
- Promote a strong performance culture focused on accountability, engagement, and development
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure full compliance with HACCP, hygiene, and health & safety standards
- Conduct regular operational audits, quality checks, and performance reviews
- Ensure consistency of standards across all properties
Group Coordination & Development
- Act as the key F&B liaison between hotel operations and Group Management
- Support new hotel openings, renovations, and repositioning projects
- Contribute to the development of new F&B concepts aligned with lifestyle and resort trends
- Support the implementation of SOPs across all Atlantica branded properties in Ayia Napa
Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in all-inclusive, lifestyle, or resort hotel F&B operations
- Strong background in high-volume, multi-outlet environments
- Commercial mindset with strong financial acumen and cost-control expertise
- Experience in KPI monitoring and performance management
- Hands-on leadership style with strong on-the-floor presence
- Experience in training, coaching, and team development
- Ability to manage across multiple properties in a fast-paced seasonal environment
- Fluent in English (Greek is an advantage)
- Based in or willing to relocate to Ayia Napa / East Coast Cyprus

Responsibilities
- To ensure the smooth running of the Kids Club programme and to host a full activities programme for the children. To achieve all KPIs set by the Group Entertainment Manager and to ensure the success of the entertainment department. To achieve maximum guest satisfaction for guests of all ages.
- To have full product knowledge of the hotel where you are working.
- To perform any other duty if required and asked by your Team Leader
- Actively integrate with the guests/ staff inside the hotel.
- Maximize the guest’s expectations and experience.
- To be well groomed, tidy, clean and always wear the expected Uniform at work, which must be clean and presentable. To wear a name badge at all times.
- To achieve the tour operator CSQ’s as set by the company

- To perform all activities and entertainment as directed by the Team Leader.
- To be punctual at all times and never miss an activity. Timekeeping is necessary and all entertainers have to follow the hours set in the weekly entertainment program.
- To look after the equipment and to ensure proper use and storage at night and during the day. You must inform your Team Leader of any damages daily.
- To update any advertising, where necessary.
- Establish a solid and friendly relationship with all colleges within the hotel. Treat all other staff members with respect at all times.
- To report all complaints from customers to the Team Leader immediately.
- To give Hotel prizes/ certificates as authorized by your Team Leader.
- Make a special effort to keep guests happy and entertained at all times.
- During the hours of operation, you must be in the crèche and/or kids club with the staff.
- To keep the Kids Club toys and equipment clean/ sterilized and in good condition. Follow the Rota system that you have received regarding spot-checking and sterilizing equipment. To switch on/off any electricity in the Kids Club (lights/air-conditioning etc)
- To ensure that the Kids Club area is free from obstacles or dangerous equipment. Make sure that the opening and closing checks sheets are completed and filed correctly.
- To ensure that the activities are safe for the children. To report any breakages to the toys/equipment and ensure that they are always well maintained.
- To advise Parents if a child is feeling sick or has had an accident. If a Child is sick the parents need to be informed that the child is not permitted to attend the kids club for 48 hours. In the event of a child having an accident, the minor incident forms must be completed correctly. Notice must be given to the following management; Team Leader, Health and Safety Officer, Duty Manager(if in the evening) and Hotel General Manager,
- To keep a good relationship with the children, and their parents.
- To supervise the children at all times, they must never be unattended.
- Has complete knowledge of the emergency Procedures – Fire, evacuation & bomb threats.
- To adhere to the hotel Health & Safety rules and regulations
