Position Summary
The Tendering Architect/Specialist is responsible for putting together offers for new works (mainly finishes and fitouts with the possibility to be involved in civil and structural works as and when needed), assists in the contract negotiation and signing process, provide guidance on contractual matters and assist if needed, during the negotiation of contractual variations, claims and contract closures.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1.Meet the individual targets and those of the team as a whole.
2.Prepare and submit tenders and commercial proposals.
3.Ensure the tendering process is smooth running.
4.Contribute to the training and development of his/her subordinates.
5.Be able to source and build up accurate tendering rates based on local market constraints.
6.Build a strong Customers' relationship.
7.Manage the list of preferred sub-contractors/suppliers.
8.Performing all duties in compliance with related legal, statutory, and professional regulations.
9.Support the department in related matters as required.

YEARS OF WORKING EXPERIENCE - 8
SPECIFIC WORKING EXPERIENCE – Architect
LANGUAGES- WRITTEN/SPOKEN - strong communication skills in English

Knowledge of the main forms of contract and subcontract and understand how to maximize value and minimize risk.
Knowledge in claims management and dispute resolution, including the adjudication and project closure processes with the intention of reaching 'win-win' settlement.
4. Information Technology
Fluent in the usage of MS Office.
Highly level of competency in the usage of Microsoft Projects and AutoCAD.
5. Health & Safety
Knowledge of health and safety procedures and requirements.
