Junior Health & Safety Executive - Projects

Position Summary

We are seeking a Junior Health & Safety Executive to support our construction operations, with a strong focus on equipment certification coordination, record management, and health & safety administration, as well as general site safety support.

 

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1.Maintain, update, and monitor equipment certification records           

2.Track certification expiry dates and support inspection scheduling    

3.Coordinate with third-party inspection providers and assist during inspections              

4.Support site safety inspections and toolbox talks           

5.Provide general health & safety administrative support across projects                          

Environment

6.Comply with all environmental policies, procedures, and legal requirements, and actively support initiatives to reduce environmental impact, waste, and resource consumption in the workplace.   

Health & Safety         

7.Maintain a safe and healthy working environment by following all health and safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices, and promptly reporting hazards, incidents, and near misses.           

                                                                                         

Level of Education Standard & Experience Required   

MQF LEVEL 4 (A’LEVEL)         

LICENCES/CERTIFICATES REQUIRED – Diploma in Health & Safety        

LANGUAGES- WRITTEN/SPOKEN - strong communication skills in English
