Position Summary
The Tendering Manager is responsible for putting together offers for new works, negotiating and agreeing contracts, provide guidance on contractual issues and assist if needed, during the negotiation of contractual variations, claims and contract closures.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
1. Meet the individual targets and those of the team as a whole.
2. Prepare and submit tenders and commercial proposals.
3. Ensure the tendering process is smooth running.
4. Contribute to the training and development of his subordinates.
5. Be able to build up accurate tendering rates based on local market constraints.
6. Build a strong Customers’ relationship.
7. Manage the list of preferred sub-contractors
8. Performing all duties in compliance with related legal, statutory and professional regulations.
Level of Education Standard & Experience Required
MQF LEVEL 6 (DEGREE)
SPECIFIC WORKING EXPERIENCE – Civil engineering and/or Quantity Surveying
LANGUAGES- WRITTEN/SPOKEN - strong communication skills in English

· Knowledge in claims management and dispute resolution, including the adjudication and project closure processes with the intention of reaching 'win-win' settlements
4 Information Technology
· Fluent in the usage of MS Office.
· Highly level of competency in the usage of Microsoft Projects and AutoCAD.
5 Health & Safety
· Knowledge and conscious of health and safety procedures and requirements.
