Atlantica Hotels & Resorts, the largest hotel chain in Cyprus and Greece, is growing its creative team and seeks to recruit an experienced professional for the position of Graphic Designer, in Limassol, Cyprus. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain consistency according to the company’s identity brand guidelines for all deliverables
  • Responsible for designing and creating high-quality graphic content for print (such as booklets, menus or banners) 
  • Creating compelling visuals for web content (such as landing pages, advertisements, carousels and social media campaigns)  
  • Designing impactful presentations and materials for exhibiting events 
  • Assist the marketing department in the ideation process and help transform the concepts into compelling visuals   
  • Prioritise and manage multiple projects while always delivering within the deadline 
  • Finding creative solutions to problems and challenges  

Requirements

  • University degree in Multimedia/ Graphic Design or relative Applied Arts field (MA degree is preferred) 
  • 2-3 years of experience in the field of design
  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator/ Photoshop/ InDesign – advanced  After Effects/ Premiere – intermediate  
  • Creative storytelling, critical thinking and strong communication skills  
  • Fluency in English 
  • Bring innovative ideas to the table 
  • Ability to pay attention to details, and be well-organised while working in a fast-paced environment  
  • Strong technical aptitude to learn new software and hardware

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following specified recipes and portion sizes.
    • Ensure the kitchen is clean and organized, and that food safety standards are maintained.
    • Work closely with the culinary team to ensure a smooth workflow
    • Bring creativity to the kitchen by suggesting new dishes or improvements to existing ones
    • Assist with the training and development of junior kitchen staff. Guide to enhance their skills, ensuring a cohesive and high-performing workforce.

    Requirements

      The Assistant Housekeeping Manager will ensure that the highest cleanliness and maintenance is achieved while supporting the company's philosophy of Greek hospitality.

      Responsibilities

      • Supervise the operation of linen, uniform, supply and storage rooms. 
      • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation across all aspects of operations
      • Inspect and approve all supply requisitions for the housekeeping department, and maintain par stock, inventory control, and cost-control procedures for all materials.
      • Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for cleaning and initiate new procedures to increase the efficiency of labor and product use.
      • Ensure that all equipment and machinery, including guest room appliances, are in good working order through regular inspections and maintenance
      • Train, mentor, and support the housekeeping staff to ensure that they have the tools and knowledge they need to provide excellent service to guests

      Requirements

      • At least 3 years of housekeeping management experience in a luxury hospitality environment
      • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests and staff at all levels of the organization
      • Good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
      • Strong attention to detail, with a thorough understanding of housekeeping and laundry operations
      • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
      • Proficient in MS Office and other relevant computer programs. Knowledge of the Protel PMS will be considered as an asset

              The ideal candidate should have culinary experience within a luxury hotel or resort setting, with a focus on providing exceptional taste and service.

              Responsibilities

              • Setting up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
              • Follow recipes, including measuring, weighing and mixing ingredients.
              • Assist in the daily preparation of food items when necessary
              • Manage food quality and presentation
              • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

              Requirements

              • 2+ years of experience in a relevant position within a luxury hotel or resort
              • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail 
              • Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.)
              • Ability to follow all sanitation procedures
              • Ability to work in a team
              • Very good communication skills
              • Excellent physical condition and stamina
