Καθήκοντα:

  • Συνεργάζεται με τον Store Manager και την ομάδα για την επίτευξη των στόχων του καταστήματος
  • Διατηρεί το επίπεδο εξυπηρέτησης πελατών στο κατάστημα σε υψηλό επίπεδο
  • Στηρίζει τον Store Manager για την εκπαίδευση της ομάδας με στόχο την δημιουργία ομαδικού πνεύματος και συνεργασίας
  • Προγραμματίζει και οργανώνει τις καθημερινές εργασίες στο κατάστημα
  • Διασφαλίζει την σωστή εικόνα του καταστήματος

 

Προσόντα:

  • Άριστες οργανωτικές ικανότητες και πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Καλές γνώσεις Η/Υ και συστημάτων POS
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Ελληνικής και Αγγλικής γλώσσας
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε παρόμοια θέση

Senior Digital Marketing Executive

 We are growing and developing!  Our Marketing Department is key to supporting our business develop and is right at the heart of this expansion with an ever increasing role for the digital team. We are seeking to recruit a high calibre and motivated individual for the position of Senior Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Marketing Team.

  

Main Responsibilities:

  • Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy
  • Prepare and manage a digital marketing budget
  • Manage all digital marketing channels
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Oversee & manage all the company's social media accounts & website/marketplace
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Build an inbound marketing plan with the cooperation of the commercial team
  • Forecast sales performance trends
  • Monitor competition and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Manage and train the rest of the team and motivate to achieve goals.
  • Stay up to date with the latest technology and best practices 

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience as Digital Marketing Executive or similar role
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools
  • Working knowledge of ad serving tools
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns

 Requirements

 

  • University Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field

 Our Personal Shopping department is famous for its unique shopping experience. The role of the Personal Stylist is to create a customer experience like no other. They are responsible for driving new business, whilst also maintaining great relationships with their current clients.

 

What you will need to achieve

 

  • Satisfied Customers.
  • Help increase sales through personal shopping
  • Full stock on display and a visually appealing section layout.

  

Main Responsibilities

 

  • Be an expert about products and services in your store
  • Welcome customers as they enter our store
  • Identify customers’ needs and help them create complete looks from head to toe to match clients’ style
  • Offer personalized styling tips
  • Inform customers about fashion trends
  • Suggest alternative outfits and colors to create unique looks
  • Ensure proper product presentation and stock replenishment
  • Remember loyal customers’ names, sizes and preferences and maintain friendly relationships
  • Serve customers at the Fitting Rooms and the shop floor and provide advice about the products.
  • Keep up to date with what the rest of the store has to offer the customer in services and products.
  • Provide feedback to your Supervisor and / or Manager regarding stock issues and customer needs.
  • Serve customers at the Till Points.

 

 

Requirements

 

  • Be passionate about fashion always be up to date with trends
  • Previous work experience as a Personal Stylist, or similar role in the fashion industry
  • Sales experience in retail stores is a plus
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to create looks for different styles, occasions and body types
  • High school diploma
  • Additional certification in Fashion is a plus
  • Very good knowledge of Greek and English language
