  • Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών.

Προσόντα

The Position

The successful candidate will be providing training and technical support of the technological tools used in Cyprus, Greece, Romania, Croatia and Slovenia. Main duties and responsibilities include amongst other of:

  • Assisting with the implementation of projects, particularly for the SAP modules Sales & Distribution and Materials Management.
  • Performing requirement analysis and technical specifications for projects and creating a project plan in agreement with the internal customers.

  • Excellent command of the Greek and English languages, both verbal and written.

The position

Responsibilities:

The Project Management Assistant will be working for the European Union Asylum Agency (EUAA), supporting the Operational Deployment Management Sector with the following tasks:

  • Support in the planning and review of requirements (numbers and competencies) for deployed personnel;
  • Assist the administration of assessment, selection procedures and deployment of experts;
  • Assist the organisation of meetings either remotely and in person, including the procurement, technical issues and taking minutes;
  • Drafting invitation letters to participate in meetings and support concerning financial and budgetary workflows, including the verification of supporting documents attached to reimbursement requests.
  • Assist performance management exercises;
  • Assist the maintenance of deployment management databases;
  • Gather and maintain accurate records pertaining to deployment management activities;
  • Compile and prepare reports and documents pertaining to deployment management activities;
  • Support office staff in processing all financial transactions, such as commitments, payments, recovery orders by acting as data entry agent;
  • Perform any other duties required in the interest of the service.

Selection criteria:

  1. Essential
  • Completed university degree in HR, Business Administration, Political Science or other relevant subject;
  • Previous professional experience in similar tasks of at least 2 years;
  • Proven professional experience in drafting templates, documents and reports;
  • Thorough Knowledge (level C1 in all dimensions as per the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages or CEFRL) of English
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Selection criteria:

 A. Essential

  • University degree is required, preferably in the field of political science, humanitarian studies, international studies, social studies or psychology;
  • Previous field experience in the field of asylum and/or reception, for at least 2 years;
  • Excellent intercultural/interdisciplinary communication skills;
  • Analytical skills and ability to work as a member of team;
  • Mobility and flexibility to go for potential numerous missions outside of the place of employment;
  • Proficiency in English (written and oral);
  • Computer literate, including MS Office applications (Word, Excel), use of internet and web- based applications.

 B. Advantageous

  • Post-graduate degree in the field of law, field of political science, humanitarian studies, international studies, social studies, psychology;
  • Proficiency in any other language of MS where the EUAA is operationally present
  • Previous experience in EUAA operations;
  • EUAA or other trainings in specific aspects of the reception and asylum procedure e.g. vulnerability; communication and information provision; Dublin; registration etc. will be an advantage
  • Previous experience in delivering training sessions, including virtual trainings;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Science & Analytics, Mathematics or related discipline
  • 1-2 years of professional working experience in a similar position
  • Excellent command of the English and Greek language, both verbal and written
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially Excel

This Role in a Nutshell

The successful candidate will participate in Internal Audits focused on regulatory compliance matters of regulated firms and assess the level of compliance with respect to the applicable legislation.

What Does Your Role Specifically Involve?

  • Participate in desk-based/remote and on-site Internal Audits focused on regulatory compliance of CIFs and other regulated firms.
  • Obtain broad compliance-related knowledge in regulatory frameworks relevant to AML/Know Your Client (KYC), MiFiD, EMIR, Funds, Fund Managers, Payment Service Providers, ASPs, etc.
  • Assess the level of compliance i.e. convergence/divergence of CIFs practices/ operations with respect to the applicable legislation.
  • Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls, the compliance level and the quality of operating performance of CIFs with local and EU regulatory framework.
  • Undertake sample compliance checks on Client Identification, Due Diligence and anti- Money Laundering controls that the regulated entities perform towards their Clients.
  • Analyse Client’s information/manuals/processes and draft plans prior to IA inspections.
  • Monitor the existence of policies of the CIFs as required by the Law.
  • Assess data/information/evidence received and draft Internal Audit Reports, with major findings/ weaknesses and recommendations, to the Senior Management and the Board of Directors of regulated entities.
