Sales and Client Relationship Manager – Financial Technology (London, UK)


On behalf of MAP FinTech (UK) Ltd we are seeking for a Sales and Client Relationship Manager to be based in London.

The Position

  • Achieve revenue goals set by the Management and Board of Directors.
  • Prepare analytical and performance reports as required for Management and Board purposes.
  • Participate in the development, proposal, and execution of the company’s market/business development strategy.
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the company’s services, products, and brand awareness.
  • Analyse business processes and identify opportunities to generate additional revenue.
  • Build relationships with the decision makers of potential clients.
  • Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with strategic objectives, internal policies, and legal obligations.
  • Manage and schedule meetings, including face to face or virtual client meetings.
  • Identify new business opportunities – including new markets, trends, customers, products, and services.
  • Participate in the negotiation of terms and deal closing.
  • Plan, deal approach and sales pitch.
  • Monitoring client retention.
  • Research and prospect for new partners to ensure a robust pipeline of engagements within the market.
  • Liaising with the MAP S.Platis Group Head of the Marketing Department for implementing the marketing strategy in the UK.
  • Generate new leads, call prospective customers, and maintain CRM lists.
  • Lead sales process, design sales scripts, improve conversion.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell services to existing clients.
  • Prepare sales proposals for prospect clients.
  • Be the first point of call for new enquiries.
  • Attend seminars, conferences, and events, where appropriate.
  • Educate and inform clients about the company’s products, services.
  • Attend to client complaints and resolve issues promptly.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and recommend ways of improving client satisfaction.
  • Preparing press releases and articles for new products or service in coordination with the Commercial Director and the Marketing Manager.
  • Conducting competition analysis for UK and abroad (i.e. EU)..
  • Carry out such other reasonable duties as may be required by the Board


  • Bachelor’s or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration or any other related field.
  • Prior experience in the Regulatory Technology industry will be considered as an advantage.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation techniques.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and creative abilities.
  • Multitasking individual with the ability to prioritise tasks.
  • Dynamism and ability to deliver results in a timely manner.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with impact and excellent telephone manner.
  • Computer literacy with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word.


A competitive remuneration package, including discretionary annual performance related bonus, Sales Commission Scheme, and other benefits will be offered to the successful candidate.
