Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σου;

• Παροχή βοήθειας για τον έλεγχο των αποθεμάτων πρώτων υλών και υλικών συσκευασίας, καθώς και ημιέτοιμου και έτοιμου προϊόντος στην αποθήκη.
• Βέλτιστη διαχείριση των πόρων που διαχειρίζεται.
• Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή διεξαγωγή των διαδικασιών όπως αυτές περιγράφονται στα Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες Καλής Παρασκευής (GMP).
• Ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεται πολλές παραγγελίες ή διαδικασίες ταυτόχρονα, χωρίς λάθη.
• Γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων.
• Δεξιότητες στη χρήση λογισμικών διαχείρισης αποθήκης και συστημάτων παρακολούθησης (π.χ. barcode scanners).
• Διασφαλίζει αποτελεσματικές και αποδοτικές συνθήκες αποθήκευσης για όλα τα υλικά/προϊόντα στην αποθήκη.           
• Λαμβάνει μέρος στη Διαδικασία Καταγραφής των Αποθεμάτων.

• Παραλαβή, μετακίνηση και φύλαξη των υλικών που αν'ηκουν στην αποθήκη σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του υπέυθυνου και τις ανάγκες που προκύπτουν στην αποθήκη.
• Αναλαμβάνει νέα ή αναπροσαρμοσμένα καθήκοντα σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ειδικές ανάγκες του Τμήματος Αποθηκών και της Εταιρείας γενικότερα.

• Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής

Duties:

• Coordinate, supervise and control production processes to ensure that products are produced according to the appropriate procedures in order to obtain the required quality

Reporting Manager: Group Product & Commercial Effectiveness Lead - Global

What does the job look like?

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Medochemie’s current and future portfolio within the assigned categories across all regions and markets
• Steward the global strategy, positioning, lifecycle management, and commercial success of assigned products or therapeutic categories across all regions and markets
• Lead and moderate the activities for forecasting, business planning (incl. resource allocation), and business review for their categories
• Contribute to portfolio gap analysis & collaborate with the Head of Portfolio Management, BD, RA, and SC
• Monitor and support products’ Performance in support of countries/regions
• Be the champion in the development and implementation of marketing & communication strategy for the assigned category across our regions, maximising the number of markets to launch the company’s future pipeline
• Partner with local marketing teams to collect market and customer insights, so that, as part of the global marketing team, to develop multiple 360 marketing programmes to the point of handover, where the local marketing teams take on the adaptation and execution
• Harmonise value propositions and messaging, delivering clear communication on the features and benefits of TA products
• Develop pricing strategy and launch sequence plans, liaising with the local commercial teams
• Create marketing campaigns, marketing materials and customer presentations, working cross-functionally on a headquarters and/or market level
• Incorporate digital marketing and multichannel initiatives in the campaigns (CLM presentations, iPDF, newsletter, webinars and others) to enhance sales effectiveness
• Be responsible for coordinating, where required, the internal training of all teams across regions and ensuring readiness for new launches and strategy implementation
• Monitor the effectiveness and efficiency by which plans are implemented by utilising a host of internal and external data, including market share reports, competitive data monitoring, and sales performance for each brand/business unit assigned
• Collaborate with country/region teams to identify new product opportunities to grow the business and liaise with business development in managing the new product development processes for bringing these new ideas to market. Create business plans to drive above-market growth
• Generate competitive assessments and business intelligence that will be used for strategic decision-making on our portfolio (current and future) and/or current commercial approach
• Deliver presentations and secure the confidence and buy-in of organisational partners on new business plans
• Develop key sales and education materials as part of new product launches, also, opting to increase efficiency in segmentation & targeting

What does it take to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA or MSc is a plus)
• 2–5 years of global/ wide regional experience in pharmaceutical marketing and product management/ Commercial function (European Generics experience is advantageous)
• Strong ability to interpret data, conduct market analysis, and craft product/ brand management plans and strategy. High accuracy in data analysis and reporting, and sound creative thinking competencies
• Understanding of pharmaceutical marketing and commercial practices across multiple regions and countries. (Imported generics experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in IMS/ and other Market Assessment tools, in addition to digital marketing and e-commerce platforms
• Strong presentation and cross-functional collaboration skills

QC Specialist - Relocation Opportunity in Limassol, Cyprus

What the job looks like?

• Perform physical and chemical testing of starting materials and finished dosage forms using a variety of analytical techniques.
• Record raw data in laboratory logbooks, analytical worksheets, and electronic systems.
• Perform calculations using validated Excel templates.
• Utilize custom fields and complete electronic sign-offs in Empower software.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments in accordance to Standard operating procedures and working instructions.
• Conduct routine maintenance and equipment calibrations as required.
• Properly handle, use, and maintain HPLC columns.
• Identify and report Out-of-Specification (OOS) results.
• Ensure full compliance with Data Integrity principles (ALCOA+).
• Support audit readiness activities and regulatory inspections.
• Maintain laboratory activity logs/dairies.
• Manage open and closed reagents in compliance with established procedures.
• Handle primary and secondary reference standards according to approved protocols
• Proper use of analytical balances and volumetric glassware
• Prepare and handle analytical and volumetric solutions in accordance laboratory procedures.

What does it take to do the job?

• University degree in Chemistry or related scientific field
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a pharmaceutical Quality Control laboratory
• Experience in analytical method validation is considered an advantage.
