Είμαστε σε αποστολή να βρούμε ταλαντούχο Βοηθό Αποθηκάριο για να ενταχθεί στην ομάδα Εφοδιαστικής Αλυσίδας στα γραφεία μας στην Λεμεσό.

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σου;

• Παροχή βοήθειας για τον έλεγχο των αποθεμάτων πρώτων υλών και υλικών συσκευασίας, καθώς και ημιέτοιμου και έτοιμου προϊόντος στην αποθήκη.
• Βέλτιστη διαχείριση των πόρων που διαχειρίζεται.
• Διασφαλίζει τη σωστή διεξαγωγή των διαδικασιών όπως αυτές περιγράφονται στα Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) σύμφωνα με τους Κανόνες Καλής Παρασκευής (GMP).
• Ικανότητα να διαχειρίζεται πολλές παραγγελίες ή διαδικασίες ταυτόχρονα, χωρίς λάθη.
• Γρήγορη και αποτελεσματική αντιμετώπιση προβλημάτων.
• Δεξιότητες στη χρήση λογισμικών διαχείρισης αποθήκης και συστημάτων παρακολούθησης (π.χ. barcode scanners).
• Διασφαλίζει αποτελεσματικές και αποδοτικές συνθήκες αποθήκευσης για όλα τα υλικά/προϊόντα στην αποθήκη.           
• Λαμβάνει μέρος στη Διαδικασία Καταγραφής των Αποθεμάτων.
• Λαμβάνει μέρος στη Διαδικασία Παραγγελιών υλικών/προϊόντων
• Παραλαβή, μετακίνηση και φύλαξη των υλικών που αν'ηκουν στην αποθήκη σύμφωνα με τις οδηγίες του υπέυθυνου και τις ανάγκες που προκύπτουν στην αποθήκη.
• Αναλαμβάνει νέα ή αναπροσαρμοσμένα καθήκοντα σύμφωνα πάντα με τις ειδικές ανάγκες του Τμήματος Αποθηκών και της Εταιρείας γενικότερα.

Ποιες δεξιότητες είναι απαραίτητες για να κάνεις αυτή την δουλειά;

• Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή Τεχνικής Σχολής
• Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε Λειτουργίας Αποθήκης.
• Βσική γνώση συστημάτων ERP και RF Scanner
• Βασική γνώση ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και MS Office.
• Βασική γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.

Quality Control Associate

The Quality Control Associate will have the opportunity to:

·         To perform chemical analysis to raw materials and finished pharmaceutical dosage forms using a variety of analytical and separation techniques such as High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Gas Chromatography (GC)

• Καταχώρηση δεδομένων στις εντολές παρτίδας παραγωγής, στα απαιτούμενα έντυπα και ημερολόγια

Ποια θα είναι τα καθήκοντα σου;

• Διασφαλίζει ότι όλες οι ανατεθειμένες καθημερινές εργασίες ολοκληρώνονται σύμφωνα με τα καθορισμένα Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) και τις Ορθής Βιομηχανικής Πρακτικής (GMP) και τις σχετικές λίστες ελέγχου.
• Διενεργεί καθημερινούς ελέγχους στους χώρους παραγωγής/συσκευασίας, στις αποθήκες και στα γραφεία, σύμφωνα με το πρόγραμμα επιθεώρησης του τμήματος που έχει οριστεί από τον Επικεφαλής Τμήματος.

• Perform physical and chemical analysis for analytical and product development and follow all the guidelines on Good Laboratory Practice (GLP)

What does the job look like?

The Purchasing Specialist will have the opportunity to:

• Review and process Purchase Requisitions generated by internal departments

• Issue, monitor, and manage Purchase Orders to approved suppliers through the ERP system

• Minimize manual processes by fully utilizing ERP purchasing and procurement modules

• Liaise with suppliers to confirm prices, delivery dates, quantities, and terms

• Monitor supplier performance related to delivery reliability, quality, and lead times

• Communicate proactively with internal stakeholders regarding order status and any delivery deviations

• Maintain and update vendor and material master data within the ERP system

• Ensure timely availability of raw materials, packaging materials, and indirect goods to support production and operations

What the job looks like?

• Perform physical and chemical testing of starting materials and finished dosage forms using a variety of analytical techniques.
• Record raw data in laboratory logbooks, analytical worksheets, and electronic systems.
• Perform calculations using validated Excel templates.
• Utilize custom fields and complete electronic sign-offs in Empower software.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments in accordance to Standard operating procedures and working instructions.

• Properly handle, use, and maintain HPLC columns.
