The Role

We are looking for a Content Writer to take full ownership of content across ISX Financial.

 

This is a strategic and hands-on role for someone who can shape how the company communicates, define a strong and credible tone of voice, and produce content that supports brand growth, lead generation, trust, and commercial performance.

 

You will be the company’s lead content owner and the single point of authority on written communication across the business. From website messaging and landing pages to brochures, campaigns, thought leadership, and product-related content, you will set the standard and deliver the work.

 

This role suits someone with strong fintech, banking, payments, or financial services experience who is confident operating independently and bringing structure, consistency, and authority to content in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in content writing, copywriting, editorial, or content strategy roles
  • Strong experience in fintech, banking, payments, financial services, or another regulated commercial environment
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain brand voice across multiple channels
  • Strong understanding of how content supports lead generation, conversion, trust, and brand positioning
  • Solid SEO knowledge and experience creating content designed to perform in search

The Role

As Payment Operations Officer, you will participate to the day-to-day execution and control of our treasury and payments operations. You will contribute timely and accurate payment processing across relevant rails, and liquidity oversight to support continuous settlement and customer service.

This is a hands-on role combining operational execution and payment processes, while closely collaborating with Compliance, Risk and Technical Operations Departments.

The Role

The Compliance Officer plays a critical role in protecting both the institution and its customers by ensuring adherence to AML/CFT requirements throughout the lifecycle of the business relationship.

Customer

 

·      Onboarding Cases (Corporate Customers): Ensure that onboarding cases are processed timely and in line with internal AML policies and procedures, that accurate economic and business profiles are constructed for customers, and that a clear report and recommendation is submitted to the AML/Risk Committee.

·      Periodic Reviews: Ensure that customer profiles are refreshed in a timely and accurate manner, including the review of KYC documentation, business activities, risk ratings, and screening results. This helps preserve the integrity of customer data and ensures that any changes in customer risk are promptly identified and addressed.

·      Act as a control function in line with the firm's regulatory obligations, by identifying and responding to high-risk activity as required, without delay.

Customer

The Senior Transaction Monitoring Officer plays a critical role in protecting both the institution and its customers by ensuring adherence to AML/CFT requirements throughout the lifecycle of the business relationship. This includes:

 

·      Transaction Monitoring Alerts: Support customer protection and regulatory compliance by reviewing alerts for unusual or suspicious activity. Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • Proven experience as a Java Software Engineer, ideally within fintech or financial services
  • Strong expertise in one or more of the following: Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Data), Quarkus, Kafka Streams, and other Java frameworks and libraries

The Role:

We provide banking software to Financial institutions and E-money institutions and are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our growing Product team.

In this role you will collaborate closely with product managers, software engineers, stakeholders and (internal) customers.

You will be part of the team that  supports, designs, develops and maintains our custom and core products.

As a business analyst you will be involved in the full scope of the product lifecycle; from writing requirements, defining solutions to setting best practice to using your product expertise in interactions with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Experience: 

  • An experienced cyber security engineer with 5 year’s experience across several cyber security domains, with a thorough understanding of cyber security analysis and knowledge of IT security best practice, solutions, and infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of standards, controls, and frameworks, such as CIS Controls, CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, ISO27001, NIST Standards (800-53, CSF), OWASP Top 10. You can demonstrate working with at least one of these but have a deeper understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements.
  • Proficient in supporting cyber incident response processes and maintaining an effective continuous threat and vulnerability monitoring program.
  • Able to demonstrate 2 year’s experience securing cloud workloads and infrastructure, and operating cloud-native security tools and services to provide automation, preventative and detective controls.
  • Have an in-depth knowledge on Cyber Kill Chain or MITRE ATT&CK framework.
  • Developed a technical capability in Identity and Access Management to implement and manage appropriate privileged access controls across disparate systems and networks, both on-prem and cloud, and have previously deployed SSO solutions with multiple IdPs.
  • Comfortable implementing, operating, and optimising cyber security tools and able to quickly understand and adapt to new security solutions to provide optimised operation.

The role:

As a Cyber Security Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the organisation’s cyber security infrastructure. This includes protecting company assets, such as intellectual property and sensitive customer information, from cyber threats and breaches. The individual in this role will be a subject matter expert in cyber security, with a deep understanding of security best practices, industry standards, and current threats.

You will be expected to review and respond to daily security events, alerts, and investigations, requiring you to problem solve and remediate using security tools and knowledge of incident response process. You will be responsible for providing a secure operating environment for the business and its people.

Responsible for threat modeling current/new application features and product launches, being a security consultant on security design best practices, identifying security gaps and raising risks when discovered.

You will need to work collaboratively with our ITSM, DevOps, Developers, Technology & Infrastructure team to support the delivery of projects and product improvements prioritised by the business.

You will gain invaluable experience working with EU and globally recognised security standards and frameworks, such as PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, Swift CSCF, DORA, and PSD2.
