The Role:
Customer Focus
- Conduct qualitative research of payment verticals of our customers to understand and deliver insight towards intelligence/investigation trends, and how these trends represent risk.
- Collaborate closely with AML, Compliance, Finance, IT and other operational teams and stakeholders to ensure that risk intelligence outputs are supporting the onboarding, periodic review and monitoring of customers.
- Develop and maintain the Enterprise Risk Management Framework: Ensure the European operations align with the enterprise-wide risk appetite statement and assessment.

- Optimise risks but AnalysingEU transaction in order to optimise risk management strategies for clients
- Reduce risks through risk assessment practices; identify risks and opportunities for the existing fraud control measures (Risk Engine) and support the translation of insight into tactical project and detection design.
- Prevent loss by investigating trends and specific cases amongst customers and transactions to prevent loss from fraud and credit risk using data mining, predictive analytics tools, and social network analysis.
- Commercial Risk Management: Manage the commercial risk associated with our customers, including their financial and regulatory standing, and address risks arising from excessive fraud, chargebacks, app fraud, and recalls.
- Identify and recommend to the Chief Risk Officer risk mitigation strategies comprising the various combinations of commercial, technical, and legal approaches.
- Highlight heightened customer risks to Sales and legal teams in order to ‘price in’ risk factors and commercial mitigants.
Responsibilities
- In conjunction with the Chief Risk Officer, update and apply the risk framework, and monitor ISX Group customers as the intersect or interact at any stage with EU operations with regards to the Company’s risk appetite.
- Risk Strategy and Framework Execution: Develop and maintain the risk management framework document for European operations, ensuring it includes all key components based on best practices and regulatory expectations
- Provide continuous improvement recommendations on detection rules/systems to increase the effectiveness of current fraud detection and minimise the impact to customers, contribute to innovative ideas for the improvement of Fraud Risk Management.
- Support the collection and collation of information using Intelligence flows and open source investigation tools.
- Risk Communication and Reporting: Keep stakeholders and board members informed about the business’s risk profile and assessments. Develop and distribute risk analyses and progress reports to company executives, board members, and employees.
- Stress Testing and Scenario Analysis: Support the Chief Risk Officer in conducting stress testing and scenario analysis, ensuring alignment with the overall risk management strategy.
- Regulatory Interaction: Assist in interactions with regulatory bodies, supporting the Chief Risk Officer in ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Project Management: Support risk management and mitigation projects, ensuring they align with the company's strategic objectives and risk appetite.
Engagement
- Collaborate with the software development team on the design of risk mitigation tools and dashboard.
- Attend Risk meetings as delegate of the Chief Risk Officer.
- Develop MIS reports for executive team and other operational teams
Requirements:

- Strong back ground in Card Acquiring and card scheme risk assessment.
- Demonstrate banking risk background with respect to international transactional banking via SEPA and SWIFT networks.

- Conduct a range of user research activities like contextual walkthroughs, concept and usability tests
- Translate user insights and research findings into design goals and objectives
- Produce a range of UX deliverables to help communicate process and design
- Use prototyping tools to create interfaces, interactions, and workflows rooted in user needs and goals using a common pattern set
- Present designs to project teams and key stakeholders, making clear reasoning behind your decisions, ensuring successful handover

Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements in the BI context and design data models using large financial datasets.
- Aggregate data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive assessment.
- Create dashboards and interactive visual reports using Tableau and Power BI for several departments inside the Financial Institution.
- Maintain and Extend Customer and Business Intelligence.
- Support in the regulatory reporting requirements with data and automations.
- Analyse data and present it through reports that can help in decision-making.
- Be able to convert business requirements into technical specifications.

Skills and Requirements:
- University Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or in a relevant field
- 3-5 years minimum experience working with in analytics and data
- Knowledge of Microsoft office and experience using Excel
- Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and/or any other visualization tools
- Hands-on experience with SQL (database interrogation, data manipulation)
- Basic knowledge of Python would be considered an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
- Critical thinking and attention to detail

Responsibilities:

Maintaining a deep understanding of CORE banking and interbank network systems such as SWIFT, FEDNow, SEPA, Target2, RTGS, FPS, BACs, CHAPS etc, regulatory and back office functions associated with them Manage relationship with key vendors, stakeholders and clients.

Keep abreast and maintain expert knowledge of CORE Banking regulations in key jurisdictions, including EEA, UK, USA, Canada, Brazil, Japan, Mexico, Singapore and Hong Kong.

Develop and manage via our inhouse software teams the delivery of initiatives that support revenue growth or reduce expenses, including providing recommendations to ensure products are relevant and compelling for the target market. As an Application Security (AppSec) Engineer, you will need strong communication and collaboration skills, to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, QA, and operations.
You will be responsible for working with the software developers/leads to ensure secure coding best practices are applied across a multi-disciplined team; the Product Management to consult on the secure design of our products and services; and the QA Team to advise on security testing methodologies and validating the remediation of vulnerabilities.
You will be required to train Software Development teams in the areas of secure development and work collaboratively with our ITSM, DevOps, Technology & Infrastructure teams to support the delivery of projects and product improvements prioritised by the business.

• Familiarity with the one or more cybersecurity tools in the following categories: Static Code Analysis, Dynamic Code Analysis, Software Composition Analysis, and Penetration Testing.
• Knowledge of secure key management and storage solutions, including Hardware Security Modules (HSMs) and cloudbased key management services.
• Knowledge of standards, controls, and frameworks, such as CIS Controls, CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, ISO27001, NIST Standards (800-53, CSF), OWASP Top 10.
• Develop and deliver training and education programs for employees on cyber security best practices.

• Collaborating with the design team to define app features
• Ensuring quality and performance of application to specifications
• Publishing application on Play Store
• Proven experience with app store submission requirements
• Maintaining the code and optimisation of the application
• Designing and implementing application updates
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering
• Proven experience as an android developer
• Strong knowledge of Android SDK
• Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns and best practices
• Proficient in code versioning tools like Git
• Familiarity with push notifications, APIs and cloud messaging
• Experience with continuous integration
• Portfolio of existing apps
• Experience with fin-tech apps desired but not required
• Experience with server side Java (ie, spring boot) desired but not required
