ISX Financial EU Plc is an authorised Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus. The company provides payments, issuance of electronic money, IBAN addressable stored value accounts and KYC identity verification services to eCommerce merchants, regulated sector businesses and consumers.

ISX Financial EU Plc also operates a sophisticated & patented anti-money laundering and anti-fraud system that also provides transactional security to business and retail customers. It is real time and detects the AML issues currently in focus by regulators.

The role:

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager. This person will have responsibility for producing project plans and tracking project progress for projects involving multiple teams and vendors. The role reports to the CTO and will have development managers and leads as peers.

Responsibilities include:

• Create plans, including setting targets for milestones based on estimates from teams and tracking progress.
• Provide regular updates to the CTO and CEO on project status.
• Prepare impact analyses and recommend potential courses of action as priorities change.
• Act as a single point of contact for external vendors from selection through to delivery of external.
• Facilitate internal and external planning meetings, tracking all action items to conclusion.
• Assist with project and product financial management.

Skills and Requirements:

• 2-4 years managing technology projects with multiple, remote teams.
• Track record of delivering software or technology services projects.
• Demonstrable understanding of Agile methodology and applying it to complex projects with hard deadlines.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Banking or Finance.
• College degree.
• Project management certification.
