Responsibilities:
- Solicit and identify business requirements, address usability concerns and document processes and solutions
- Liaise with other ISX Financial teams to gather requirements for new features and change requests.
- Create internal and customer facing product documentation
- Create and design specifications as requested
- Model business processes and identify opportunities for process improvements
- Identify issues, risks and benefits of existing and proposed solutions and outline business impacts
- Create and develop functional and non-functional requirements of systems to improve quality, performances, external interfaces, and constraints
- Collaborate with engineers on detailed requirements, work estimation and planning.
- Ensure that projects are in line with our strategy and meet customer expectations
- Ensure that the handover between the different phases of the product lifecycle are done successfully.
Skills and Requirements:
- 2-3+ years experience as a Business Analyst
- Strong experience in creating functional and non-functional requirements in specification documents
- Familiarity with Jira and Confluence is a plus
- Proven stakeholder management and strong communication skills.
- Ability in general business analysis, management, control and ability to support stakeholders through the full lifecycle from initiation to implementation
- Basic project management skills
- Proven ability to analyse, judge different task and apply critical thinking.
- Ability to multitask

Experience:
- An experienced cyber security engineer with 5 year’s experience across several cyber security domains, with a thorough understanding of cyber security analysis and knowledge of IT security best practice, solutions, and infrastructure.
- Knowledge of standards, controls, and frameworks, such as CIS Controls, CSA Cloud Controls Matrix, ISO27001, NIST Standards (800-53, CSF), OWASP Top 10. You can demonstrate working with at least one of these but have a deeper understanding of PCI DSS compliance requirements.
